This place always provides a positive experience. They keep the lobby clean and the staff is always very welcoming. I never use to eat at Wienerschnitzel because I was born and raised in Arizona but my gf is from California and always told me about their chili dogs and how good they are. We lived in Chandler at the time near this store so we started going a few times a month and I really liked it. One of my favorites here are the Bacon Street dogs. Its a hot dog with ketchup, mustard, mayo, chopped onions, and bacon. I never ate hot dogs with onions or even mayo on them but I was open to try it. I am definitely glad I did. Its been a favorite ever since. Altogether this place has never gave me any type of bad experience. The customer service is great, welcoming, and warm. The place is always clean, even the bathrooms and the food is good. The TVs in the lobby also make it more comforting and convenient, especially when theyre showing ESPN or other sports.

It has been a very long time since weve had Wienerschnitzel, and I was pleasantly surprised when we decided to dine in at the Chandler location for the first time. The two gentlemen at the counter were very polite and efficient, the restaurant was clean and calm, the music and decor was good, and they both brought our food out to us. Everything tasted great and we didnt have the sick feeling we sometimes get when things are undercooked, too greasy or too salty. We had a great time, even played a card game with the entire family after our meal and the manager brought out a complimentary sundae for my youngest. Even the patrons at the table next to us had a great time. All in all, a great restaurant!

Horrible costumer service my son and I went there today around 7pm 5/26/17 they have only 2 costumer inside.We waited and waited but non of those guys behind the counter never say anything to us or get our order they dont even acknowledge that we were there. So I told my son lets go somewhere else. I am very upset soon as we drove away I manage to call and ask for the manager I explain it to him how horrible the costumer service was. He replied that they were busy. Really? I work in the restaurant my whole life never treated my costumer that way.not recommended this place.poor costumer service.

This is the only Wienerschnitzel close enough to drive to. The food is always hot and fresh. They have some cool old pictures on the walls, and its always clean. The person at the counter usually greets me, and depending on how busy they are, they bring the food out to your table. I really like this place. Theyre a little expensive for what they are, and adding cheese to anything sends the price through the roof. Until I get a kitchen of my own, this Wienerschnitzel is my go-to for chili dogs.

I havent been to Wiener Schnitzel in a solid three years. I stopped in at this location today and has an amazing experience. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and provided a great experience. The food was quick and hot. I mentioned an old sign on the counter advertising free coffee, just joking about it, and the guy have me a free coffee despite the fact the sign was two months old.

Well organized. Personally I love the parts is parts chilly cheese dogs with plastic cheese. Childhood memories may make me a bit partial. So you may want to steer clear if your vegan, are concerned about bodily functions, etc... but if you are just your average man with a hankering for a messy dog an a large Pepsi, this is the place for you.

If you have nothing else at Wienerschnitzel, have a chili dog. Their chili dogs are the best. And if you dont care about the calories, make sure you have a caramel dipped cone. I was so glad that I could find a weinerschnitzel closer to home. I used to have to go clear into Tempe.

Extremely nice staff. They will accept expired coupons. You always know what to expect. 5 stars all the way.. I got a double cheeseburger chili fries and a chili cheese dog for 5 bucks ! You cannot beat that .. Ill be back. Thanks !
