The service at the Gilbert and US60 location was horrible. I live in the area but my house was flooded so we stayed at the Best Western next door. I come to this location often. A lot. Anytime i go in to eat, excellent wait staff. The two times i ordered TO GO in the last 5 days, my order was incorrect. I called in the first order, and spoke to someone the first time i ordered on 10/23. i asked for no onions on my nachos as my son has a weird allergy. Still onions on my nachos. I let it slide. 2nd time i order, tonight, after a long night of practice and work, i order online, thinking maybe the system can get it right. 9" pizza with mushrooms. Nope. i go at the time it tells me to pick it up and there is a pizza with jalapenos. I tell victoria the hostess that isnt correct. She looks at me like Im stupid and i dont know what i ordered. I provided her and the manager Nathan with the email that stated mushrooms and they just told me to wait. 40 minutes from when i placed my original order my pizza still isnt done. I asked nathan for a discount for the inconvenience and he shrugged and stated it wasnt his fault. I walked out. I will make sure i yelp this experience as well as facebook twitter and my own personal food blog that i post for travelers coming to our state. Absolutely the worst customer service, lack of accountability, and just over all not caring about your customers. Definitely cost you 1 customer but I will definitely try to increase that.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Native and it makes me so sad to think this company extends their name to this sad excuse of a location. we were a party of four and it took and hour and a half for everything. first we could find a host to save our life and then they asked if we were waiting to be seated. well duh. they sat us at a dirty booth so we moved. it took more then ten minutes for our drinks and forever for our food. our waiter was unattentive, short, and just damn slow. He never took the time to introduce himself and I got so tired of waiting that I got up and handed the checks to another server. I am a server and let me tell you he is lucky my boyfriend bought today or he wouldnt have recived a tip. This place was just all around terrible and I wish I had never been to this location.

This was definitely a restaurant I will never frequent again. My order came out completely wrong. I ordered wings with sauce on them and the sauce came on the side (which is ridiculous). The managers response was "just look at it this way, it could have been too much sauce or too little". This doesnt even make sense for a manager to say. Months before I placed an to-go order, waited 30 minutes to get the order after I arrived and the same manager told me "thats what happens when you order online". I am throughly disgusted with this establishment. I eat at Native every Tuesday at other locations of course, and will make it my mission to never come back. The manager seriously needs to take a customer service training or be fired!!!

Ibeing a costumer of this place for at least 6 years and I have to admit that the food is getting worst I talk to the employees and the blame the new ower and his new rules I dont understand why all of a sudden the chicken wings got so salty believe me this place just to have excellent food Im still going twice a week for drinks thank god the new owner cannot change the way corona and Budweiser taste like this bar use to have a big waiting line to get in weekends use to be packed with customers kids and family but the new management doesnt understand how good food has to taste like all the stuff do best they can to make you have a good experience but the food is taste less. ! And some times too salty or cold

I go there all the time and today everything was horrible. The bartender Meghan is the worst there is. Very rude and very unprofessional. And very slow. Had to flag her down anytime I needed something. My appreciation was showed in my gratuity. Upon leaving I asked to speak with a manager who could care less. I was walking back to the bar and Meghan was walking out where she proceeded to ram me in my shoulder and not even apologize. I spoke to the manager once again and he threw my friends and I out. We werent even drinking. The manager is not capable of doing his job and Meghan is as incompetent as they get. DO NOT GO THERE! Youll regret it.

I discovered this place while on a vacation in the area...I am so very impressed with the venue that I was compelled to write a review. The wings are spectacular! The sandwiches are mouth watering! The service is not only friendly but impeccable in dealing with so many individuals from various backgrounds that I felt quite at home. I was so impressed that I made it a priority to come in by myself, without my husband, to come in for lunch. Thank-you for making me feel at home, safe, welcomed, and like I was an old friend. I will definitely come out of my way to eat here when Im back in the area!

I believe our servers IQ was maybe 20. Of our group of 4, he messed up 2 of the peoples orders, and one of the trays didnt come out till 15 minutes after the rest. When filling our drinks, he brought back the wrong ones, and only filled them once the entire meal. After we finished our mediocre wings and food, he didnt give us the check and we had to ask some other random employee for it. I cannot believe what terrible service they have. I will never go to this establishment again. However, I believe it is just this location as other locations do have exemplary staff.

Worst customer service ever. Went into this location with a few other people for lunch on a Saturday. Walked in and no one was there to seat people, we waited about 10 minutes before someone FINALLY said "Ill be right with you" from the kitchen. Waited another 5 minutes, saw a manager walk out from the kitchen and look right at us, then walked the other direction. Someone finally ran up to us as we were all walking out and said "You want a table, or what?" - DO NOT COME HERE. Management and employees have absolutely no intelligence.

Called in for pick up 2 pizza and 12 wings. They told me about 15-20 minutes. I showed up about 20 mins after. They forgot to pit the pizza in. The lady told me about 15 more minutes and here is a soda on the house. So I said OK. 20 mins later went up and asked and she said she doesnt know when it will be ready. 45 minutes later. Order is ready and she gave me a card with 12 free wings for the next visit. Like I want to go back. Top it all off the pizza is burnt on the bottom. The place was dirty service was horrible.
