My wife was going out of town for a little while so I wanted to take her out to eat. It was a Friday night so most of the other restaurants had a huge wait. The wait was only 30 minutes compared to an hour or more so we decided to try a new restaurant. We are never going back. The waitress ignored us most of the time. We had trouble ordering but were given little suggestions. Once we finally ordered we waited another 45 minutes to get our food. The sad thing is it took the waitress half an hour to realize that we didnt have any food but she didnt even do anything about it. Another girl finally brought out our daughters dish but by this time we were very fed up. Our 14 month old was without food on a friday night and was going CRAZY!!!!!! We had to entertain her with the popcorn that they gave us but for 45 minutes????? And they didnt even give us a refill on the popcorn while we waited. Another family got there after us (with little kids), got their food within 15 minutes and were done by the time we got our food. And to top it all off, we got diarrhea that night. So, needless to say we will much rather wait the extra 30 minutes to get a table at Red Robin. The next day we went to Mimis and we only paid a few more dollars but there was no wait, we got our food really quick, and the service was excellent. So, if you want good service, dont come to Wingers.

Husband and I came in for lunch, we were seated immediately, and our server came and asked what we wanted to drink. We then order our food and let her know that we like extra sauce and ranch. I first asked her if she could bring out the sauce bottles that use to be on the tables( but kept them in the kitchen because people kept stealing them) she said We dont have those anymore" I said..okay. she brings out my salad and hardly any ranch is on it, I ask her for a little extra ranch and she responds with "It will cost extra" now wingers use to NEVER charge unless you get a lot, so my salad tasted like water. my husband and I got our entrees and I asked for some sauce, but server again told us she will charge us, how ridiculous, I like my grilled chicken alfredo pasta with the spicy sauce, but telling us its extra? that is crazy! our server wasnt nice at all, not coming back to this location.

Awful! Please take the extra time to wait and eat at Red Robin or somewhere else. I went there because red Robin had a 15 minute wait. So my wife and I decided to give wingers a shot since. it was nearly empty and we were not wanting to wait a long time. Little did we know that wingers wood and service are horrible! We ordered and waited for 40 minutes to get our food! The place was almost empty! Our waitress was terrible and literally took our order dropped off the food and then gave us our check. Never said anything else or filled up our drinks. They had workers drinking at the bar and had children seated at the bar. The burgers we got were very bland and tasteless. They need to add some sort of flavor. The fries had no salt and werent great. HONESTLY.... ONLY COME HERE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT AND TO EAT CRAPPY TASTELESS FOOD... 0*S IN MY BOOK.

We walked in to be seated and waited for a few minutes while some employees were talking and laughing in the back. We had a huge plastic piece in our salad. After telling the on staff manager, Rosita, she laughed and insinuated that we possibly put the piece in the salad. When we confronted her, she CONTINUED to be rude and laughed at us. They did comp the salad, but the fact that the management wasnt professional is a reflection on the entire night. The service was slow, never refilled our drinks, we had to flag down the waitress for forgetting the straws and sauce we ordered, put almost no alcohol in the pina colada, and much more. No wonder the place was empty. I guess thats the service you get when you eat at wingers.

If I could give it a lower review I would. Me and my Fiance went there saturday night and spent a good 80 dollars. He ordered the ribs and I ate sticky fingers he ate 4 ribs and we took the rest home the next morning he was horribly ill and I felt fine. I ate his leftover ribs and not 4 hours later I started getting violently ill as well. This lasted for 2 days of running to the bathroom to either throw up or do other unmentionable acts. I called the manager and told him about this and he said we sell over 200 pounds of ribs a week and have never gotten a call like this before. No gift certificate no apology nothing just a defensive manager. NEVER eating here again not even getting drinks. VERY VERY unhappy customer.

Wingers claims in its menu that it doesnt have those tiny "toothpick" wings that you find at other places and that their wings are big and juicy. I received, for the most part, "toothpick" wings. I ordered the wing dinner (8 wings, fries, cole slaw) with original sauce. Most of the wings were very small without much meat. There were a couple of regular sized wings that were pretty good. The original sauce is very sweet with no hot spice. I liked it for what it was but if I go back Ill try their hot sauce which they claim is very hot. I dont know if Ill be back any time soon, though. Nothing really grabbed me about the place. Service in the bar was OK on a quiet weekday at around 1:30.

Wingers has become my favorite chicken restaurant around Tacoma recently for the fact that its so different from other ones. The choices include boneless(sticky fingers) and non-boneless wings. Four flavors to choose from like BBQ, original( which is like sweet/spicy), a sweet flavor like original without the spicy, and the extra extra spicy flavor. The service is really nice and friendly, waiters will refill drinks and check on requests every now and then. Every Thursday is every chicken-lovers dream come true, 69 cent wings, with your choice of any flavor. And did I mention the plasma screen TVs? Theres even a TV in the bathroom stalls. An awesome place to spend a Thursday night at.

Oh my! The worst service ever. Super slow staff that always disappeared. People were waiting and waiting to be greeted and seated. Food took forever to finally come, refills were the worst joke! 10 minutes to refill a Coke?! Talked with the manager personally and all she did was mention to the server he needed to do better; what a lazy a** manager. Manager was not appropriate to us and not good with customer service. Keep in mind, we had a table of only 6 and all standard orders; nothing special. Oh PS - When the greeter girl ever did stand at her post, she ate cookies the entire time. Our lunch last 2+ hours...

We came on a week night. There were maybe 3 tables seated. We got a table immediately but waited for 15 minutes.No one came to our table or acknowledged that we were even there. We went back to the hostess who was standing around talking with other servers and told her no one has come to our table. She mumbled something and walked away. A waitress then came out and serviced the two tables next to us. We waited another five minutes, still no one came. We got up and walked out. They probably still dont know we left The food and service at Red Robbin were great!
