So To start off the service was slow to get drinks as well as taking the food order....... I wish that was the worst of it. When the food came my wifes burger had a surprise on it. She pulled off the top of the bun to remove the tomatoes and sitting nicely on top of the lettuce/tomatoes was what appeared to be the dirty string off a mop... Maybe 3-4" long, dirty, and maybe 1/8-1/4" thick. Luckily she noticed it before taking a bite.... Anyways the manager comes over and apologizes. Now you would at the VERY least you would expect the meal (I had wings, she had a burger which she didnt touch, and one kids meal) to be free. Instead he removed the price of her burger from the bill (duh!) and still charged for everything else! Then he offered us a gift card (which wasnt enough to cover the rest of the bill) and told us it was specifically to be used NEXT time we came! I can understand mistakes happening but the way it was handled once the mistake was made was ridiculous. Maybe even consider asking the customer if there is anything that can be done to make things right. At this point I will not ever go back AND I will now share my story with all. If it was handled better I would have bowed out quietly. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!

When we arrived to the restaurant, The girl at the counter gave us a seat and we got a waitress named Lisa, server 155, to take our order. We ordered a mushroom burger and the slice beef sandwich with two cokes. I ordered steak fries and my wife ordered curly fires. When the food arrived they forgot to give us forks but the bus boy was quick to resolve it. The food was OK, My burger patty had no real flavor except the onions and the ketchup (that I had added), The cheese was very bland as well. My wife says her meal was OK but she was a little annoyed that they gave her steak fries instead of curly fries but we didnt really complain to the waitress. After we ate the meal, we waited 14 minutes and we had realized that our waitress, Lisa has vanished after she gave our sodas. We wanted to order a desert to go but they walked up and some random employee gave our receipt and said to pay at the front (which was odd since other employees took the customers card at the table and bring back the receipt. We find the service there is lacking, the food needs to be more favorable, and needs to be more pride when serving their customers.

The girl Chelsea who takes orders to go, either she really cant hear or she just doesnt care about doing her job correctly. I repeated myself a few times and she told me they didnt have that and she didnt know what I was talking about. She suggested something else and that was the same exact thing I had said. I didnt want to ruin a good night, so I let it go and told her I would take what she had suggested. I get there to pick up my food and I have to walk to the front as the back is closed. They send me to the bar to pay for my food. The bartender took her time to acknowledge us and finally gave me my receipt. My order was wrung up wrong and I was being charged way more than what it was supposed to be. I let her know and she looked at me like she knew it was wrong already. She didnt apologize, she just printed out the receipt again and placed it on the bar. Food was good. Service on the other hand, if there was another one closer to my house, I would definitely never come to this one.

I will preface this review with the fact that our experience was so terrible that I do not even want to give the chain a chance of redemption. We came in, were sat promptly in a table that had plenty of room. There was no overpowering sound, smell, and the restaurant was clean. 25 minutes later, we finally got our drink order taken and the server was nice enough to apologize. 25 minutes later our food finally arrived. It was another 2 minutes before silverware and another 3 before our first refill arrived. The food, well the food was terrible. Chicken strips were dry. My sandwich was gooey as the avocados were too soft and the chicken chewy. Tater tots were throwbacks to early 90s cafeteria food. Wings had no spice (the medium spice didnt even taste mild spicy) and chewy chicken again. A lot of reviews state that it tastes like the food is sitting out too long before being delivered. I agree with that sentiment. Summary; bad food + long wait + bad service = lost business

Just left with my online order... Didnt think I was describing it in too difficult of a manner but I was trying to redeem my free six wings from downloading the app. I couldnt do if through the app so I called and asked if I could put in another order for six and put the coupon on those. Put on hold - yeah sure, your new total is 13 whatever because they deducted the coupon from my current order. No. I want an additional six wings. Oh okay got it, what flavor? So now Im under the impression they understand. Nope. They still only gave me the wings I ordered initially and didnt even take the discount off of it.....just changed the flavors of the original six wings to the flavor of the additional wings. I just wanted my six free wings. Now, didnt even get the discount and the coupon expires two hours after you redeem it. Pointless.

First time visiting this location and it will be the last as well. Ate in the bar area on a Saturday a couple weeks ago around 5pm - it was a bit crowded & loud but thats what one expects from a bar. Our artichoke dip had yellow cheese on top & the chips were stale...nice start to the meal :-/ our beers were nice & cold though :-) Main entrees were okay for bar food. Service was slow, the waitress had little to no common sense when in the middle of our meal we ordered a to-go order that included a cherry coke, not 2 minutes later her she comes with the soda...um hello...dont want a watered down drink to take home. We finished our meals and another round of beers, paid the bill and still we sat for the to-go order. Finally got the food to my mother and they forgot to put in the ranch dressing for the flat bread.

I enjoy going here on Thursday nights for date night with my wife. We order wings and beer and just relax. The overall atmosphere is good, however the food and beer are lacking. The wings are very small and u dont get your monies worth. I frequently get wings with shattered/ broken bones making them inedible. Meaning I just paid 0.50¢ per wing for food I cant eat. Every time I go here I order a beer. I never order a second beer because the beer always comes out warm. The glasses arent frosted and it tastes flat. I have requested a new beer several times and it always comes out the same. If things dont change unfortunately they will lose our business and Im certain others feel the same.
