Ok so I have a lot of beef with this location, no pun intended lol. I use to work for this location and because of the way it was ran I decided to move on, well my family lives 1 min away and always eat there, so everyone that works there know them at this point because we have probably been there 1000 times, well ever since the day I started working there they treat my family like crap. My mother orders the same thing every time and every time they seem to not understand what no seasoning means and when she trys to send it back they act like she is the one doing something wrong. Well needless to say we dont go there nearly as often but when we do we just get it to go. Well it was fathers day and I took my family to Outback for dinner, this was by far the worst visit and last since June 19th 2011. We ordered a couple prime rib and steak dinners, the meat was very good as it should be but every side was horrible, when we brought it to the attention of our waitress (when she finally came back to the table which was 4 times our entire visit) she took them to the back and returned with the exact same Mac n cheese that had now been microwaved with some shredded cheddar on it, and was even worse than it was to begin with. We asked for the manager because half of our food was not up to par and because it took 75 min to get a couple prime rib dinners that were already cooked at 8:30 pm and about 8 tables total at that time being served. So we wait and our waitress returns with a excuse from the manager Kim aka Hollywood that its fathers day and we came in a little late at which point they have run out of good food and what we received was what they had left, on top of that since like Ive said b4 everything is our fault nothing was taken off the bill and no discount was applied. Its not the fact that I pad $75 for a crappy experience its the fact that it was fathers day and they couldnt be bothered to show. some customer appreciation

My husband took me to this location last night for valentines day. It was okay, we had a 40 minute wait around 8:30 pm kinda expected but still kind of ridiculous. We get seated place our order in a timely fashion and get our drinks bread and appitizers. They were great, now my husband and i ordered the same thing except for sides an 8oz steak cooked medium, more on the medium rare side. we get our steaks and they arent even 8oz more like 6oz . they were burnt on the outside and it was cooked to about MEDIUM WELL it was also very dry. I had also ordered a loaded baked potato, and let me tell you that potato was not cooked all the way through. close but it some spots it was still raw. We also asked for A1 sauce for 2 people. They brought us 1 little bowl like they serve their butter in filled maybe 1/3 of the way up. It wasnt even near enough for 2 people... The waiter did alright, but most of the time i had to get his attention and make a request for more soda or bread or butter or sourcream. he never stopped by our table to check on us. even when he was done dealing with the table across the aisle from us. we paid 50$ for 3 great sides and 2 terrible steaks and an undercooked baked potato. Very saddening. We didnt complain, because we didnt want to ruin anyones valentines day. and it wasnt really the waiters fault. but still, we will be going to a different location or a different steakhouse altogether next time

Just word to the wise, anyone wanting a healthy veggies with that are good for you.. outback is NOT the place....... Ordered takeout last night. On the order i put in a special note not to microwave the vegetable. I got home to find my broccoli RAW (yes not cooked at all). I was sitting in my car for the entire 20 minutes ordering and waiting for my food.. they came out immediately and took the money...so they knew i was outside........never came to clarify the order I called when I got home and they only have a microwave.......... NO OTHER WAY TO COOK VEGGIES!! They said they didnt even have a rack to steam in ... I told the manager that I didnt either!! I was steaming it in a pan with small amt of water in the bottom and the lid for about 3 min. She tried to make it better with a sugary dessert or a fatening appetiser for Next time. I do my best to stay away from sugar and fried foods..... Just word to the wise, anyone wanting a healthy veggies with that are good for you.. outback is NOT the place....... microwave ovens irradiate the food and change the molecular structure to something our bodies do with.........

This place was great when it was new. Since then everything is always wrong or they are out of something or the bread oven is broken. My wife and I gave it a year. We heard they have a new manager. Tonight was the worst ever. 1. Our bread plates were wiped off used plates and still had dried food on them. 2. They gave my wife a bloody steak when she asked for med-well. 3. They up-sold my wife a premium salad when she just wanted the house salad that came with the meal. 4. They brought us a different dessert because they were out of the chocolate cake and still charged us for it. The people behind us were having the same problem. The manager came to our table plus several others and apologized. We did not cry and complain for a free meal because we do not want to go through this again even if it is free. We are done eating at this location.

Wowww Awesome experience....all started with spectacular server (prompt & friendly) CALI. Also Matt was super cool and helpful. The bartender Chris was a consummate pro. I looked for Kim "Hollywood" to let the top dog know their entire staff was Great ! I had the surf and turf and both were cooked to perfection & Im a fussy Manhattanite and Cape Codder so, I know my steaks and Lobster ! Thanks so much for my experience Outback staff. Great Food / Great Value. I will send friends, relatives and Ill be back soon myself. Highly recommend this Outback near Gilbert Rd. & wish 6 stars were available - they earned it :-) Went Back Nov 5th, 16 Just as Great...Server Madison suggested The Martini & Sirloin Steak was Awesome & made to perfection !

I dont know why Outback gets so many mediocre reviews. It is not even close to as expensive as Ruth Chris, Mortons, The Keg or any of the other high and prime rib or steak houses. How people can compare them to each other is unreasonable. Once again for the price. Outback has always had great steaks, great service for a decent price. I had there prime rib with vegetables and an add on of grilled shrimp and everything was great. For the people who like the Outback grilled shrimp this location still has the remoulade sauce that is awesome sauce they use on the shrimp that the other locations have discontinued to offer on their menu.
