Im addicted to the Thousand Island Turkey Burger; I need help. They need a new recipe for their Onion Rings, I stopped getting them...ketchup doesnt even help. I love onion rings, so thats the only reason they get a four-star rather than 5. So maybe Im a bit selfish in my rating, but I find onion rings to be pretty important. With that though, is have to say their fries are pretty good (better than good). That being said... the chicken green chili rolls are awesome, the wings mild and medium have a great taste to them and, I think its called Fire Shrimp are really good too. The wait staff is fast and friendly. There are plenty of TVs that you can ask a channel be changed and they will do it if your team isnt on when you walk in. I like to go on Saturdays and Sundays and if theres not a big crowd you get to pick your own seat. I always try to pick one of the middle tables so I can get a view of all the TVs on the east or west wall.

Visited the Gilbert location today. Both my Mom and I received raw bacon on our burgers, she received soggy cold uncooked fries and I received spoiled lettuce in my salad. Truly the worst food ever. To top it off the waitress was terrible. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I emailed my experience to Management and received an auto response that the person responsible to listen to my experience will be out of the office for the month of July...What the Hell people!!!! I will visit McDonalds for a burger before returning back to the crappy place 211 E. WARNER RD GILBERT, AZ 85296. Stay away before you get poised and then told to wit a month for resolution. Thanks Zipps for your crappy food and terrible service. I will tell everyone I know that this horrible place.

Came too have a couple of beers, great prices on large draft beers. The entire draft system is not working, asked the server if there going to have bottle beers at draft prices, answer was no, said they tried but the management called upper management and they said no, also they raised the process on all food, Monaco focacia from 8.50 to 12.50, good food but not worth that price. Disappointing when you come at least every other week and there to greedy to treat the customers correctly. For hit or miss food, raised prices and cant serve draft beer then upcharge all customers while there system is not working is disappointing. Im sure there are many other establishments that will want there lost business

This place used to have 5 stars. Great food, atmosphere, and service. It was also one of the few places in the valley that I could eat wings. Now 2 stars is generous. Service is good but the rest has gone downhill. We came for wings but I cant eat them anymore now that they are fried with seafood/shellfish. I like to smoke if I have a few drinks but nope. Cant smoke on the patio until after 10pm so as not to cause outdoor diners discomfort. Newsflash....nobody eats outside when its 115°. So instead of drinking and spending money on more food, we stuck with one entree each and no drinks. We will not be back. I can get a burger closer to home and smoke while I drink.

Terrible food and dirty dishes. Been to zipps several times and it was sub par, but went this time because friend was doing her bday there. Evening started off drinking from a filthy cup, sent it back for a clean one, waitress didnt even care. Food came out, got the chicken club sandwich with onion rings and fries. The onion rings tasted like they had been sitting for a week, totally stale tasting, sent back for new ones. Chicken club was chewy.... Ate half of it and tossed the rest. Bill came and order was completely wrong, took forever to fix. Woke up sick early the next morning with food poisoning..... You couldnt pay me to go back to this place.

first round of drinks came fast. I was with a party of 6 and we ordered wings x3 and it took 40mins.... Did stop in on a friday night, but got crappy service and didnt think it was busy enough to justify the wait for food or the amount of times we were checked in on, which was once for our drinks, when we flagged her down to order food and then 40 mins later when our wings finally came we asked for our checks, which came quite a while after. as a previous waitress, I was very disappointed and could have gotten a few more drinks out of me if she had only stopped by to check in on us. there was absolutely no reason for me to ever come back.

Bartender kelly took my order on the phone, then told me to check the bags to make sure evrything was to order (i had ok the order but unfortunity didnt hear what she said over the phone so i admit yes i oked it but i repeated my order to her 4 time on the phone) When i had told her the order was wrong and she got defensive and started telling me it was my fault. Her attitude was repulsive. And i waited over 20 minutes for a to go order of fries. I was a frequent costomer, but because of her disrespect i will never be coming back. Good luck to your buissness in the future.

GOLD WINGS ARE TO DIE FOR! I went to zipps often when I lived in AZ and ever since I moved out of state its all I crave. The gold wings are TO DIE FOR! Environment is fun and upbeat. Dining and patio areas are keep clean. Servers Ive had experience with and GM Scott are friendly and helpful. I noticed one review said they are racist - they have plenty of diversity in employees so that simply is not true - and if it is because they asked for another form of I.D. she should be flattered because that just means she doesnt look 21, they are just doing their job.

I do love the zipparitas, and the staff Las r night was attentive & quick...especially since we were the only ones outside. But is it too much to ask that the food we ordered at 11 pm look like the same food we wouldve gotten at 7pm?? If you want to serve what appeared to be a half portion of nachos, charge 1/2 price. The sandwich was on a burger bun I couldve bought at the supermarket, and my friends food had no sauce, & no care. Clearly, if you want to eat there, do it before it gets too late & the kitchen doesnt really care about what they put out.

Ordered burgers, place was moderately busy, took forever. When food got to the table it was cold, and French fries clearly sat out for wayyy too long - GROSS. Burger had hard chunks of gristle in it and was cold. Server was very impersonal, and they didnt even have Tabasco sauce!? How are you gonna offer eggs on your burgers and not have Tabasco? Save your time and money, pretty sure I got diarrhea from this- guts are rumbling right now. Not looking forward to twenty minutes from now. If you eat here, good luck.

Ziipps is clearly a place for the atmosphere and the food with no regard for customer service or quality food. I sent back some guacamole that was acidic. If the waitress with the bad attitude wasnt enough I was then greeted by a belligerent manager that repeatedly said that the guacamole tasted good to him... whatever happened to the customers always right? I have spent way too much money on sub-par food and $.50 extra ranches to ever want to visit this establishment again... here we come Blue 32!!!!!
