Id give them no stars if I could. First off, the website is wrong. It says they close at 10:00 PM, and they actually close at 9:00 PM. Ive gone to this place several times and finally just gave up on them! First off, they take forever to give you your order. Every time I went there, when I pulled up, they dont even acknowledge you for a long time. Then, every time, never failed, the employee taking the order was VERY rude. One time, we went there 30 mins before they were closing (hubby got off late), and we got a few meals. They began to ask us if we wanted grilled or crispy chicken. I asked for crispy and then the employee sighs and says, "ugh hold on!" She gets back on and says we are out for the night and the same with biscuits and mashed potatoes. I then asked her, what I COULD get and she continues with an attitude. Every restaurant I ever worked at, we had to make the food for the customer regardless if its an hr or 5 minutes before closing. Youre still on the clock! Then when I asked for condiments, she literally threw it in the bag and rolled her eyes. This was not the only time I got treated like this at this specific KFC. I refuse to go back!

This is hands down the second worst service Ive ever gotten at a restaurant (worst ever was at a McDonalds in downtown Kansas City). The employees are rude, it takes for-ev-er for them to get an order out, even if its something simple. They dont greet you when you come in or pull up to the drive-thru window, and at the window Ive been ignored for as long as 3 minutes, where I ended up knocking on the window to get their attention. The girl who (finally) opened it to take my money gave me the nastiest look, took my money and gave me my order without speaking a word. Only 3 stars because the food has always been good and orders are accurate, but for the love of God these people need a more competent and friendlier staff. Better managers too, obviously.

dont ever eat here i had the worst experiance...and i got burned with a 2nd degree burn on my hand...the gravey wich was 185 degrees got spilled on my right hand and my skin insteantly started to peel this was on december 10th 2012. the districted manager RUSS did nothing nothing nothing he didnt even reemberce me for the meal i didnt even it cause i was in so much pain.....it is now for days later and my burn has had several blissters and still hurts....RUSS the district so call manager is a reall peice of work....I have several pictures to prove the burn i just cant believe he did NOTHING for me......I will be contacting a Lawer about this.....Please what ever u do dont contribute to such a carless useless bunch of people........

Ive lived Maricopa for years and I am a manager myself, I have to say this place has really gone down hill in recent time. They never seem to have fresh food, and are also incredibly slow. Just tonight my wife sent up there 5 minutes past 9... they wouldnt answer the drive through because they didnt want to make any orders a half hour before store closing. This place is ridiculous, its never clean and seems like they dont even bother separating the foods of both restaurants considering everything tastes fishy. If I didnt have to give this KFC 1 star just to write this review I wouldnt because they are undeserving of it.

Worst "Fast" food experience ever. Was there a total of 30 mins with maybe 4 other customers. They missed items on my order, said it would be a 14 min wait for original chicken (which I couldve gotten if I knew I was gonna be there for 30) and to TOP IT ALL OFF, there was a BUG in the coleslaw when I got home. Slow, careless, and down right worst experience. I have given them 3 chances, and every time something goes wrong or is ephed up. One time they were OUT OF CHICKEN so I didnt even order. New management and proper supply of product would make this place worth visiting. I wish 0/5 stars was an option .

This establishment is embarrassing! The General Manager and probably higher up the chain should be aware of what goes on at this location during the evening hours. 745 pm on a Saturday my family and I use the drive up window. We wait several minutes to even be acknowledge then to find out they had only pot pies available for sale. During the order loud music and foul language blared from the speaker. I highly recommend any consumer to avoid this location.

This place is serious need on new management. The interior was dirty, the staff seemed unfamiliar with when the food was even made or how long it was held for. My daughter got a chocolate chip cookie that was to hard for my dog to eat. The contained the chicken came in was SOAKED in grease. It was an unfortunate experience for the whole family.

I thought i would give it a try, despite all of the bad reviews. the food was good, very small protions but good. I immediately noticed the dirty floor when I walked in. Stuff everywhere. while I was eating I dropped my card and went to pick it up and notice built up food along the wall. Horrible. Bathroom was even worse.

The service was extremely slow.. the drink fountain area was just nasty.. crude built up in the drain areas, oh it was so gross.. I could not find a sanitation rating posted anywhere ... truly this place needs new management ... I would not recommend it to anyone!!! Corporate needs to spend some time here!!!

This place should be shut down! None of the employees wash their hands and they dont even wear plastic gloves. I watched as an employee handled a nasty bucket and then begin to fix orders -- not even PLASTIC GLOVES!!!! I will never go to this KFC/long john silver...Hope you dont get sick if you eat there!

One star is too generous. Inattentive staff, overly greasy and under cooked food fried in filthy oil, dirty floors and tables, slower than a snail service. Dirty restaurant, terrible service and nasty food. I should have gone to Arbys!!!

I have not been here in a long time. The food was terrible( very oily ). After them getting new management I have been several times now and I have to say they have made great improvements. Keep up the great work. Finger licking good!

This place needs an overhaul. It was dirty place, undermanned, ran unsupervised by inexperienced youth, terrible quality, incorrect orders, half the menu unavailable and indifferent/absent management. Just go ANYWHERE else.

My wife found what appears to be a chicken brain and spinal cord in her meal. After calling in, their offer was to replace the piece of chicken. We both became nauseous and neither of us will likely be eating at KFC again.

This is the wrst kfc ive been to in my life...always out of chicken...place is dirty...needs new management...i have to rely on chicken frm frys or run to casa grande...close this place down or get new management

Its a disaster, and should be shut down by Pinal County Health Department which FAILED it completely with its July 13, 2016 inspection. We love KFC but its too risky to eat at this Maricopa location.

The service is slow and they get my order wrong every time. Very rude and unknowledgeable employees who are unwilling to answer simple menu questions. The food is old and the restaurant is unsanitary.
