My best friend and I decided to go grab some late night food about 30 minutes ago. We came here and received the WORST customer service we have ever received. Not only was the girl that took our order rude while we were ordering but didnt count back a large amount of change to me or even tell me what my change was. I had to ask what it was before she handed it back to me so I knew what to count since she obviously was not going to. Then I saw our food was done but instead of it being put into our bag and given to us she gave it to another employee and he took it around the corner, towards the lobby, then put it in the bag and came to the window and violently handed me the back with a strange look on his face. I seriously think he spit in our food. I didnt have the guts to eat it. I even got all of this on camera because I knew this visit was going to be bad from the second we pulled up and very rudely asked, "what we wanted." we will be going in tomorrow morning and talking to a manager and showing the manager the video. We will also be contacting the health department with the complaint of mishandling our food. This is completely unacceptable even from a couple of obviously miserable fast food workers. Word of advice, if you dont like your job, then find a different one! Dont take your misery out on good paying customers!

Horrible! With service and quality like that, I wonder how all the other ice cream shops went out of business! Wanted in line (1 person in front of us) for 15 mins, then another almost 10 for them to come to the window and tell us they made a mix up in charging while our(1 dipped come and 1 small pumpkin blizzard)ice cream sat on the counter melting. They made new ones (which they dropped one dipped cone in the chocolate and had to make a 3rd one) and as soon as I opened my blizzard, it melted all over my hands and they had to make it a 3rd time while a huge line built up behind us. Felt like amateur day at DQ. Ridiculous.

I cant even give one star. WORST SERVICE EVER. Ordered $5 lunch to go. By the time I got it all the burger and fries were cold and the sundae was half melted. Done with you. Had to give a star in order to post.

I was in a hurry, as always, I called an order ahead and it was waiting as I arrived. I only had a few minutes before work and they accommodated me. Great food too, fast friendly service.
