Went through the drive lane, told the girl we have a coupon for a free blizzard which she blatantly says "no" and gives attitude about. When I asked for a reason, she said "we dont accept it at this time of day" which I later found out was untrue from the manager. When we get to the window she says "so youre the people with the coupon" then after repeating the order back we come to find out its wrong. She then says "whoever took your order screwed it up" when she was the ONLY employee there. Finally, after a lot of back and forth trying to get this order right, she accepts our coupon and when handing our change back drops it everywhere and doesnt hand us our receipt. When we ask for the receipt she drops it as well. To add a cherry on to this experience, we asked for lids, and she gave us one lid for our three blizzards. Manager was sweet, too bad about the incompetent employee.

Wish there was somewhere else to get ice cream on this side of town. They have inconsistent hours terrible service, and employees that make me feel like they dont care. Their manager needs to step up the act and get rid of the helpless garbage, and get some people in there who care! All the other 1 star reviews are spot on!

You cant beat DQ for an anytime moment. Good burger menu and the ice cream is what makes its name. Never go wrong with a Blizzard. Take your chances on service, using the drive-thru rather than goin inside. In my opinion the service is faster could be faster either way depending on time of day.

Great food, just slow service. There are only 2 people total, working the counter and the drivethrough. Even though the wait is a bit longer than i would preffer, the food is always hot and the icecream is always cold. The inside is shared with a convienince store, and is always clean.

Spent 30 min in the drive through for a dilly bar while an employee walked through the waiting cars to take a break. Very poorly managed! Finally left without getting anything!
