This was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. The staff was all young very inexperienced kids, including the Manager. We were not greeted when we walked in the door, 3 employees that were just standing around just looked up at us and still continued to stand there, we finally had to ask if we could just sit anywhere before anyone responded. One girl finally took our order. All 3 in our party ordered salads, 2 ordered wings, 1 with fries and 1 personal pan pizza. They brought out 1 salad and we had to ask to have the other 2 brought out which they brought out 1 at a time, at least 5 minutes apart. They brought out the personal pizza and nothing else of the rest of the order. Another 5 to 10 minutes passed and they finally brought out 1 order of wings. I asked why they were bringing out the order 1 item at a time and not the whole order together and was told, "Oh, thats just the way it is!" Another 10 minutes went by (after asking twice, and mind, you there were only 2 other table in the place that were occupied) they finally brought the other order of wings, which we sent back because they were still raw in the middle and after that they finally brought out the fries. The other order of wings had to be sent back as well because they were so salty you couldnt eat them. Prior to tonight we frequented this location at least once month.This is a whole new staff and clearly should not be left without adult supervision, so at this point I have no desire to go back until someone responsible takes control. This was an epic fail!

I had ordered the calzone for years (double pepperoni, pineapple, extra cheese), my favorite meal. I always ordered and paid for extra cups of dipping pizza sauce. Then I moved to Maricopa, AZ in 2010. I placed my order, went to pick it up, the cashier was rude, I AGAIN ordered extra cups of pizza sauce to dip it in, paid more than usual for them (compared to all other pizza huts I habitually ordered from). When I arrived home, it turned out the dipping "sauce" at this particular Pizza Hut is basically red-colored water. My husband, who moved here first, warned me about not ordering from them, but that meal, being my favorite, I did it while he was away at training (Army National Guard), I regretted it. I also assumed that being a franchise, they had to live up to certain standards to do business under the Pizza Hut name. I have to say, I was SOOOOOO disappointed, not only have I never ordered from them again, but I still feel so cheated and ripped off by the inflated price of the dipping "sauce" (water), I have never ordered from nor eaten at a single Pizza Hut since. If you are ordering in town, go to Barros, they have never, ever disappointed me nor my husband. Rosettis was amazing, also; I was crushed when they closed.

This was an out rage this driver cant count money and they told me I could do split pay so I pay in debit card amount of twenty dollars and twenty in cash and gave the driver three in tip and he gave back seventeen in change I swear then they took more money off my account which is illegal on all grounds first of I have recipets showing I payed in both and the driver runs back and says I didnt pay the amount dont put a driver out there if they cant count money its a trade I give you money and you give me food once the door is closed the deal is off

I wish I could rate 0 stars! Horrible manager. Nov 3, at 6pm I ordered online and pick up time was 15 min. great right lol. Then... I got there waited 15 , 20, 25 min in rain. I still didnt mind. Then my order was incorrect. Another 10 15 min passed. So I asked for my money back. Manager (female)showed no desire to help make order right. She just shrugged said "mistakes happen"... Its a shame pizza hut WAS my favorite. NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED!!!!

Typically when dining in or having it delivered or picked up, its typically an above average experience with the quality and consistently. However, they have had several major staff changes within the past 3 months that either maintain that quality or have a drastic drop off. Will certainly continue to check in and be a customer, but would recommend if you have a bad experience to wait about a month or 2 to try again.

I saw a commercial on TV where you can get a large pizza for 7.99. You can call or go on line. I called. They told me that, that was only good online. Then we had to order Fries to make the order over $10. Okay so no big deal. Well the Fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours, then re-heated. The cheese on the pizza was about 2 1/2 inches away from the edges. So all in all. NOT GOOD!!!

Very disappointed whit the customer service. I ordered pizza with wings and never received any ranch after asking for extra. I called them up and asked what happened? They said thay must of for got to put it on the order and would need to be charged for it. I said oK but thay wanted to charge me a delivery after thay dropped the ball SMH

This pizza was great. The customer service is questionable, but management just needs to know about that so they can better their employees or upgrade their staff! We ordered again tonight. Love the specials, FAST delivery...They are knocking and we only ordered 20 minutes ago! Family loves it. Great deal.

I called in my order. Waited. Get to the counter. What order? U called? Whats ur #? Whats ur name? After the 3rd time of repeating my self, we walked out! The 2 morons kept looking at each other, playing stupid. I talked to one of u idiots! How hard could it be to push the buttons? Horrible service!

The cashier who served me was very rude...didnt give me the courtesy to check my pizza when I seen her do it for the customer before me...she didnt even give me my receipt. ..very bad service...will definitely not be going back anytime soon...

Ordered delivery got my pizzas within 30 minutes of ordering, driver very curteous and the order was exactly what I expected, a fresh still hot pizza with more than enough toppings, definitely got my moneys worth

Ive ordered from this restaurant many times. Not once have they disappointed me. The pizza is delivered on time EVERY time. It tastes just like it came out of the virgin Marys vagina itself.

Worst pizza i have ever eaten, got the 3 cheese stuffed crust, delivered cold, raw dough, no flavor with cheese or pepperoni, could only handle 1 slice, gave rest to dogs.

great pizza, fast service....timing is perfect when you order online. You can dine in, it goes pretty fast, there is a tv, most of the time with sports.

6-3-08 I was told that you dont deliver Tortosa 6-2-08. Its too bad you dont deliver to Tortosa, your competitors do & they are actually farther away.

The pasta tasted like crap. The staff was shady an not good people to be around. I felt sick the rest of the night. Only in maricopa.
