We had asked for two separate orders in the drive through. We told the person that we were speaking to through the mic and she said "I cannot do this right now." Very rudely and then she ignored us for a moment while we asked why she couldnt make two separated orders. She then replied by saying that she just cant do that and wont do that. She said that they were backed up and they only had 3 cars in the drive through, including us. She was very disrespectful and very untrained obviously. Highly recommend that you dont COME here.

Iv been there twice and each time a dissapointment the employees were rude like when i went to the window this one girl didnt say one thing i ordered a large fry and 6 pc mozzerella sticks... Got home to look in the bag to see two tacos... Not fresh at all and cheesy fries... Which looked disgusting... They werent even that busy and the time before that i ordered mozzerella stix and got jalapenio poppers If u go there make sure they put the right order in the bag and its fresh

Although they were out of alot of the best flavors of berry fruit juices drinks, I had a very courteous more sophisticated man that obviously new about "his establishment" explain to me why so many flavors were not available due to them coinciding with one another and the cashier personally came over numerous times to make sure she got my 4 yr old sons 4 tacos with lettuce and ketchup correct INSTEAD of non chalantly making his order incorrect.. Employees not professional; drive thru girl wearing Gangster Marilyn hoodie and guessing it was the managers/supervisors young daughter behind the counter - twirling, touching things and eating. No courtesy given to me by Drive thru employee (for my patronage).. Thank you, have a good night... Just handed me my order and turned away. Extra point given for Hot food.

If I can give a negative star I would. I was given very cold food and FROZEN TACOS !! 6 COMPLETELY FROZEN TACOS.. HOW Do you forget to fry the tacos. I was very upset and disgusted never will go here again nor recommend it. When I called to explain my issue they offered to replace the tacos but I refused I was already upset I had bitten into a raw frozen taco .

Always leave full unlike other fast food places. Always taste great. Love the chicken teriyaki bowl for the healthy choice. The #22 breakfast is wonderful. I also like the chicken tenders and the bacon cheese potato wedges. They also give coupons on the receipt, survey is easy to do. Clean establishment

Drive through service has been really slow as of late. Expect to wait 3-5 minutes to place your order after youre already at the window. If there is 3-4 cars ahead of you thats another 15-20 minute wait. Once you finally do get your food, its luke warm at best.

Morning drive through service horrible didnt get receipt for my my order, and when I got home I was missing my order of tacos. without the receipt it would be pointless to go back and argue about the tacos. I wont be going back to this Jack in the box..

Just driving pass stopping for breakfast. Really good service Chris is really polite. Havent gone in a fast food place and have the cashier ask me hows my day going and and asked me more then once how my food. Food is normal definitely be back again.

Only go for the eggrolls! Best ever!!! Update * Now I go here for the French toast plate its everything! I should work here they know me so well! They are great! This morning got a special deal from them they care about the customers i promise you!

I had an issue, took the survey and the manager contacted me personally. I returned and the service time was more appropriate. I usually dont comment publicly. I felt this location is making an effort and for that deserves an honest review.

Not a bad place. I love fresh out the grease fries, but when they arent to my liking theyll make them over with no hesitation. Chicken sandwiches can be a little dry, but once again they try very hard tip get it right!

its a jack in the box, what can i say. its good if youre in for fast food. my orders are always correct. i like jack in the box and this location has speedy service. unlike the McDonalds outside of walmart.

The only reason I gave it one star is that they do not have a lower rating. Just try to get service inside,I walked out after 15 minutes of waiting and hearing "be rite with you" every 5 minutes

Its fast food. Compared to other fast food, its great. I like that they dont cook the food until its ordered. That makes it take longer to get in and out, but the trade off is worth it.
