POOR EXPERIENCE!!!!!....I frequent other Firehouse subs so I expected the same quality I usually receive at other stores. I placed my order, firehouse salad with chicken no tomato no cucumber and a grilled cheese kids meal, not too overly complicated. The cashier fumbled the order so many times that another employee had to step in. That employee then stated that cucumbers dont come on our salads, however the menu states that it does. I then proceed to ask for the cashier if he would honor the military discount, he said yes, however it was never given.It took the average time for a busy day. I then got my food and decided to check my food before I left, only because I had lost all confidence at this point, guess whats on the salad...tomato....I then point this out, at which time an associate might have been some sort of manager makes a point to ensure that I want no tomato...yes no tomato...thats what the receipt said. I then for peace of mind check my sons kids meal which is supposed to have a rice crispy treat included...guess whats not in the bag...rice crispy treat...and what makes this better scenario, I had to tell them 2 times just to convince them it wasnt it wasnt in the bag.At this point I will no longer be a customer at any other Firehouse subs franchises, I dont want a free meal or coupons...I want my money back, I do not possess the patience to put up with this sort of display of unprofessionalism.

This is my first time to any Firehouse Sub location. The establishment was extremely clean and neat, but there layout left me a little confused as to where to order. The over all flow seems backwards to me as you have to wade through customers to order then wade through them again to get your drink after getting your food. The sandwiches were great no complaints. My one extreme gripe was the overall speed of the order preparation. They are extremely SLOW. There was one employee walking literally to each table asking if this was our order! They are clueless, they need to get there act together if they are going to last in this area. There are several other sandwich locations near here who are way cheaper.

The service is slow as Hell. Ive never had a Sub made in under 20 minutes and that has been with me and another person, TWO in the building waiting. I usually go at night on my way to work. The workers socialize too much and appear confused, that could be why the Subs are often not made correctly. The turn over rate appears high also. Now Ive frequent other Firehouse Subs and they are quick and proffessional. Unfortunately I hate writing this reveiw but this is the only way the service can improve. This Franchise has meaning and a reputation to uphold. This store is dropping the ball big time. l will return to Subway and other Sub stores in the area. Ive tried several times, I give up.

Horrible experience. Arrived to pick up an online order to go and it wasnt reday. Opted to run an errand and return back. Which after an hour and a half the order would no longer invoice. GM kept stating it "wasnt his fault"...ended up having to run to the ATM!!!! When I returned back to get my food, he was rude and offered no discount or anything for the inconvenience. He couldnt comprehend why I was upset. After 2 hours of trying to get ready to go subs I cancelled my order and opted for Jersey Mikes!!!! Who gave me a free cookie!!!! Very, very disappointed!!!!

The staff were nice and the atmosphere whas what you would expect from firehouse subs and everything was clean. The problem was it took forever to get my food to go would understand if they were busy but that was not the case I was there @ 7 pm on Sunday. To boot wen I get back with my food they made one of the subs worng. never thought i would have to check firehouse its not like I was at Subway. My local firehouse in Avondale I can always get in and out fast with everything right no matter how packed they are.

Employees were nasty looking, playing around like kids, ignored customers. 2 employees eating at the table by the front of the order line, they were laughing and making a lot of noise. Folks, this was about 5:00pm on a Friday...Bad, really bad experience.. Would not recommend this soon to be just another roach motel..

Good note: employees were very nice and the service was very quick. Bad note: the serving size was so small. I usually go to the location in Buckeye and the servings are huge. When we got the food at baseline it was as small as a jimmy Johns torpedo. Next time Ill just go there, they are cheaper for the same size.

Not a place to start a first job experience, payroll information is not given, have not been put into system for more than 2-3 weeks, and store owner not willing to sit down and talk to you about the situation unless we contacted the corporate office.

Been here a few times, the Hook and Ladder is so, so good; customer service is great and the sandwiches are made with pride; sorry they are closed now, I would love to have a Hook and Ladder

I love the meatball since I first had it in florida years ago so nostalgia may be at work. Wife hates it and says it expensive for quantity and quality.
