BE VERY CAREFUL ..... CHECK YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD STATE MEN AFTER GOING THERE.... I go there once or twice a week to get lunch. This last time I bought lunch I used my card, the receipt was right for $11.78. My bank showed two days later for $21.78. The only way that could happen is if they tipped themselves $10 at my expense. When I called no manager was available, but they returned the $10 after I showed them my bank statement. I really liked them before, but dont think Ill go there again.

I went yesterday and ordered beef enchelata and they were so bland. They were not even hot enough to melt the cheese and the sauce was from a can. I know that for sure because after I ordered and paid, I noticed a giant can of la Victoria enchelata sauce sitting open next to the stove. They could have at least heated it up... I will not return.

Even for cheap food this is just not good. Its not awful, but I expect flavor to be in each element of a dish. The rice and beans here taste like almost nothing. The enchilada was decent. The taco was very average. Its just too easy to find good Mexican food in Phoenix to eat at average or below average places. Skip it.

Ive been trying a bunch of different fast food Mexican type restaurants in search of the best breakfast burrito and I tried this one today. Went with the chorizo, egg, and cheese and added potatoes...WINNER! It was quite tasty and I am looking forward to trying a few more things here to see how the rest of it is

Last night I went to this place I wanted some tacos they said that tomorrow I got a burrito that made me so sick stomach cramps crap and all night food poisoning from the worst Mexican food ever Im calling the health department & everybody else do not eat here besides being rude there food might kill you

0 stars if I could. Worst place ever. The first time I went there, they left my food on the counter for 30 minutes and didnt tell me it was done... So I ate it cold. Second time they got my order completely wrong and argued with me when I wanted my money back. I will never go here again.

Being a fan of all of the Bertos restaurants it pains me to say this was one of the worst, greasiest experiences Ive had at one. The neon lights attracted me like a moth to a flame but that stringy meat hit my intestines like a freight train. Beware. Decent horchata though.

A bit pricey compared to comparable places but the portions were generous and tasty enough to justify it. The atmosphere was vibrant and tropical, giving it a pleasant character and distinguishing it from similar restaurants.

I love the food here, its always good no matter what I get. Theyre so nice and always smiling and polite. Its always clean and kept up and if I ever need anything they hurry to help!!!
