Ugh!! This location has some serious issues with following instructions! I hate pizza sauce, my wife likes it. So I order (and have only ever ordered) a cheesy bites pepperoni pizza with half no sauce. The first time they did fine. The second time, they did a half no sauce no pepperoni! I got there and was like, uh, its missing pepperoni. They told me they would remake it and it would take 15 min. We got it back, and you could tell that they just added pepperoni. They didnt charge me, but the pizza was dry. The third time they made it fine, but today, the fourth time, I got a monstrosity where the cheese didnt go to the edge....(the guy said, oh they cant put it to the edge because of the part you pull off. Wrong!! Look at the pictures on line! Its freaking cheese, not glue! It isnt going to ruin the crust! Then I got home and guess what?! Sauce on the whole damn pizza!! And it was all dried out. Of course if there isnt cheese to cover the crust it gets over cooked! will NEVER order from this location again!

Staff is RUDE! One lady, Jaileen maybe but Im not sure, kept giving the people in front of me dirty looks and rolled her eyes so much Im surprised she didnt pass out. She had an attitude every time they asked her a question. Then I go to pick up my pizza and it wasnt there, so I had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot at 10:30 at night and she did not once apologize and had the worst attitude. Not to mention, this place smells like old dirty rags. Not what you want to be smelling when you are going somewhere for food. Decided to give this place a second chance and Im sorry I did! My ready time was 4:47, so I went in at 4:45 and they told me a few minutes. I didnt get the pizza until 4:58! Got home and it was disgusting and falling apart. Never again.

Bin a pizza hut fan for a long time and todays pizza sucks called in my order the guy tried to charge me 6 bucks more then it was so went to pick it up and the radio was on so loud and no one around finally got my pizzas mind you still blaring the radio I didnt check my pizzas the combination was ok my peperoni lovers was all flat at tastes like it was old no sause on it and peporoni on most of it . I tried to call them and no one answers the dam phone so I think Im done with that store.

Order was wrong, order was late, I never call back to complain. It is what it is. Either way called back. Guy sounded asleep, bored or baked, didnt care for a fix just letting him know like dude order was wrong dont care for it to be fixed. Wtv ordering pizza from somewhere else now. Just like cheap beer only going to drink it when its free.

Dillan (the manager) wouldnt fulfill a Delivery order before they closed. I called before, and he acted like he couldnt hear me just so he could hang up. It doesnt matter if youre tired and want to go home, you shouldnt be denying customers food just because you choose to be lazy. Well see what corporate thinks about Dillans attitude.

Order was not ready when promised the staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. There was a huge line at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night because they had it all messed up. I will never eat at this place again and I recommend you go somewhere else.

This is the second time we order a Pepperoni Pizza and barely has any cheese. Like really guys what do I have to do order extra cheese to be able to atleast get the normal amount. I dont recommend this location.

Order ALWAYS takes longer than we are told. Most of the time the order is wrong. Apparently they cant tell the difference between the words "Ranch" and "icing" either. Cinnamon sticks do not go well with ranch.

By far my worst Pizza Hut experience. I have ordered from here a few times, and have always been disappointed. Its like they are trying to save money by only covering half the pizza with cheese and toppings.

Ive been at this location twice. Service was extremely slow/poor and both times it took over 25 minutes to get pizza and the order was wrong both times.
