This is the second time my family and I came here and both times sadly were just awful. The first time I figured it was an off day and we decided to give it a second shot. Boy were we wrong. The artichoke crab dip was totally not crab, they lied, it was tuna! Well at least it tasted like it UGH! I had a medium rare rib eye steak guys... a rib eye! I mean you can never go wrong with a rib eye amirite??! It was terrible, I couldnt even cut through it, let alone chew it! so tough and ugh... gross.. my kids got those chicken sliders... so dry. And the bread was stale! My hubby got the shrimp pasta.. oh my god you guys. Have you ever had dry shrimp?? No? I hadnt either before coming here. It was so dry i truly feel embarrassed for the cook. How could you even serve something this disgusting? Like, how could you allow something as nasty as what we ate go onto peoples plates to represent yourself as a "chef" and in a whole represent this restaurant! How? I cannot make this up guys. I just cant. With that said, the Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc was the best part for me, for $11 a glass I really enjoyed it although at smiths you can get an entire bottle for $25. Maybe even less! But the experience CAN be worth it depending on where you go and what you eat! Also, the kids sundae was delicious, you cant go wrong with ice cream. Thank the high heavens the "chef" didnt have to cook the ice cream all they had to do was scoop it out of its container. Im sure if the cook came near the ice cream it would have been dry like everything else. Aside from that mess, waitress was amazing. I paid for my bill, tipped her very well and I did tell the manager. She was adorable, wanted to make it right and gave us a slice of banana cheese cake. Im sure it was dry too if that "chef" had any part of making it. Never will I ever come to this establishment again.

My girlfriend and I were out having a night in the town and decided to stop by and try it out although its not our usual restaurant we wanted to give it a shot. Right off the bat the lighting of the restaurant its not the greatest way too dark to my taste. Because it was just the two of us they were able to get us to our seat fairly fast our waiter Leslie was pretty ok she did offer some suggestions which I did appreciate havent been to a place where they actually suggested something in a while it was nice to know that they were still doing that. Starting bread with butter was pretty good but when the food came I was a little disappointed. I myself order the shrimp scampi and Steak Diane dinner combination. The plates price was $22.50 but the amount of food that actually came with it was extremely disappointing. For that price I would have expected more than just three shrimp in 4 slices of steak the mashed potatoes in the middle or almost double the regular amount you would have gotten normally I dont know if they were trying to compensate for the lack of shrimp and steak but something seemed very out of place. Anyway looks like the cheesecake is the only thing that might save this comment. It was nice creamy and it had a very appealing presentation so in my own opinion this place gets a 3 out of 5 stars and an overall rating of coming back very unlikely unless its just for cheesecake I dont think Im going to do the food anymore I dont think the play I had was worth 20 something dollars at least not with the amount of food that was on it.

Cynthia was our server. At first she was really cheer and full of smiles. Then my wife had cold watery mashed potatoes and we ask for new ones. Then I noticed my wife making a funny face when eating the chicken, I tasted it after she commented on the lack of flavor thinking it may just be super light on salt. Unless you rubbed the chicken in the lemon sauce at the bottom of the plate it was like eating boiled chicken. When we mentioned it to Cynthia she just said is that all and took our plates and handed us the bill. She started to be very rude. My wife took it up with the manager and he just grabbed the bill and ran off then came back for a signature. He said he took our feedback but when I ask or comment on an issue I really think they should have taken it serious and not just brush us off and sweep it under the carpet by just taking it off the bill. If my wife had eaten her chicken not just the leg (which is all she ate) then I could see them acting that way. By the Way this is the second time that we have had issues at this location. We have gone to this location for 5 years but now in the last 4 months the service and quality have gone done.

Well, until tonight we were frequent Cheesecake Factory goers. All our birthdays were spent here, and tonight is our baby girls 5th birthday. We have now been here since 6:10 and have still not been delivered the correct food. Its 8:04, 2 managers later (the other never came back after bringing my 3 kids their luke warm food), 2 different salads(the second one was made so terrible I dont want to eat it out of fear they did something to it), and the wrong food my husband ordered...and we still dont have a resolution. We were wanting cheesecake and preordered before our meal so they would sing. Thats not happening either. So, we wont be returning ever, my baby didnt get to enjoy her dinner, and well be going to a bakery to pick something up for dinner. Not one ounce of compassion, no apology, no checking in, and the only reason I havent walked out is because I cant chance getting in trouble for not paying my bill. BTW..its been 10 minutes and still nothing.

Friday 06/09/ at 10pm we went to the location.on green valley like always,the first person to come to my table,was tall guy 20 years or 30 with to many tattoos,The first point ill like I want to mention is how simple employee can be between me and my wife,he ignore me he pass the line , he block me the access to the table for talk to her, i touch him to let me take a seat,and every time when he come to the table he put his hands to talk to us that is this unacceptable because is not reason for any employee to that,and he did the same in every table put the hands and rest to talk,that is not your house,and beautiful ladies when they are along all the employees they need to should respect and when they are with mens or family more no every beautiful lady is a hooker,when you walk to the entrance left to the back,and left again there is almost four tables i was there i hope this cain of incident happen in places lake that restaurant i hope never happen

We took our daughter there for her 15th birthday dinner. First we were told the wait was 20 minutes, After 40 minutes of waiting I approached the hostess to find out how much longer it would be. She stated we would be the next in line. They continued seating other groups for another 15 minutes. My wife then asked her how much longer the wait was. The snooty hostess replied that she had already called us earlier and that she gave our table away to another group. "This happens all the time" the hostess bluntly said to my wifse face without any attempts for apology. Itll be a few more minutes. By now we had waited over an hour. I work in the hospitality industry and know what good customer service means. This hostess obviously had no clue how to treat a customer. Thank you for ruining my girls birthday!. I will never ever set one foot in one of these crappy joints again. Not even if the food was free!
