NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called in to order delivery today, after ordering from there a couple of weeks ago. I placed my order and the person on the other side of the call was very nice and helpful, and quoted me a delivery time between 45-55 minutes. I called back 1 hour and 15 minutes later, asking for the status on my order. After about 10 minutes on hold the person came back on the phone and said " uh I guess we dont deliver to you, and our delivery guy tried to call you twice 30 minutes ago or so ago and you didnt answer" I then checked my records and saw that there was no missed calls at all, and after asking her to repeat my number on file back to me and verifying that it was correct I asked to speak with a manager. She said not a problem and hung up on me. I called right back and she answered again and as soon as I started talking she hung up again.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This totally ruined this place and the whole chain for me. I guess now I know.

I used to love this pizza. Sure it was high priced, but it was worth it. Last night ordered a peperoni with extra cheese and wings. If that pizza had extra cheese I cant imagine what regular cheese looks like. It reminded me of a discount chain pizza. Sure it tasted OK but wasnt anywhere near as good as it used to be. Wings, were OK, but was a little disgusted to see the cashier in the kitchen pack our celery and carrots by hand with no gloves. Not very sanitary. I might give them another try but for the price I doubt it.

They may have new york prices but they dont have new york flavor! The subs arent tasty or enough to fill you up. The pizza is decent, but nothing to rave about. The salads are nearly $10 and not even satisfying. Delivery dinner for 2=$40+! After tip we paid $50. If you crave a chicken parm dont go here, the sauce and cheese just dont taste right and it was too small. Good food is hard to find on the West coast, even if the restaurant has an East coast name

Good food, average beer. Macro brewed beer with four peaks kilt lifter being the only local. No ipas or pale ales on tap or in bottle. Restaurant is spacious and staff is friendly. Patio seating available. 4 tvs showing sports easily viewable throughout the restaurant. Bar has 10 seats with full service. Nice family restaurant. Would visit again

Great customer service, went in for some wings and a slice and it was amazing quality. Friendly and well clean environment. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to all pizza lovers!!
