The service was horrible. We should not have to wait 15 minutes to get Sprite and tea. Then the Sprite came, no tea, no mojito. Then the bar delivered the mojito, still no tea. After another 10 minutes and a reminder, we got our tea. Then they tried to deliver other tables food to us, our food to another table. No dinner salad came. Had to remind about the salad, and it came out wrong. Then only the 1 kid meal came out. Then a pizza. 5 minutes later the chef salad. Low and behold it was a Cobb salad not a chef. Waited another 5 minutes for a chef salad. By that time, we were ready to go. Ended up getting a box and leaving. The server apologized and comped the salad. Really? I dont want to have an experience were I have to be comped. I just want a nice dinner with decent service. This was a mothers day meal! We will never return to this location.

Parking wasnt a problem. Hostess was very friendly. My wife and I ordered calamari and 10 minutes later our waitress came back and said they didnt have any calamari. So we ordered some spicy fried pickles that werent spicy. When we ordered it our waitress asked if we wanted the ranch that came with it? A little confused I said yes we did. (Sounds a little cheap) we both had the mac and cheese and the kitchen got the food out quickly. Mine was way too cheesy and very bland. More seasonings needed from the cooks. Couldnt bring myself to eat even half of it. Noticed the water stains in several ceiling tiles and lost my appetite. Luckily I live close by because I am writing this review from the toilet. Hope Im not too sick.

So last night we went here for our family weekend dinner, it was a huge disappointment the place was empty and we still had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food, the hamburgers my wife and I ordered were horrible I asked for medium rare and got a well done cooked burger, the beer I ordered was flat this was my first and last time coming to this place and the patties looked like if they were chemically processed, Mc Donalds would have been a a better choice....

Place is empty at noon during our stop on a Friday. Portions are small, dont order a half portion salad, I finished my salad before husband finished his burger! In all fairness, when the server cleared the table I mentioned the salad was not very filling and he remarked that it did appear to be very small. He talked to his manager and brought me a full salad to make up for the small portion. He stated they had someone new working there. Problem solved!

I like their strombli and calzones for the most part but I was slightly put off by the fact that when I ordered a side of ranch then when I got my bill was charged twenty-five cents for it. The waitress made no mention of that to me. I probably wouldnt of ordered it if I was told that to begin with or I would of said yeah ok I am cool with that. Either way being told I was going to be charged would of been nice.

We have been to Old Chicago many many times with fairly large groups. We love the pizza and the calzones, and the beer selection is excellent. We have had "off" times there but consistently the food and service has been very good. Most people either love the pizza or they dont like it at all...... and most importantly when they are very busy the wait staff goes the extra mile to take care of us.

One of our favorite haunts! The food is spectacular, the world beer tour encourages you to try over 100 different beers, and the staff is great in both the bar and on the floor. We recently introduced our parents to Old Chicago. We tried the wings for the first time and the sauce was fantastic and the wings were cooked as ordered, crispy. We keep going back for the whole package.

Old Chicago used to be the place for interesting craft beer. I used love coming in for Mini Tours. Doesnt look like they have been able to keep up and worse it seems like they really care about all the different beers out there., they keep the same old stuff on tap. They have just a few local beers, food and service is okay. Not surprising that the chain is dying out.

Friday night no beer glass with the beer bartenders too busy even though youre sitting at the bar I believe they needed at least two more bartenders on, the parking lot is full everyone seemed to be having a good time , the bartenders they seemed a little bit on the grumpy side not sure if well try it again maybe when the parking lot so full on a Friday night

Worst experience i have had in a while not sure were to start from the watered down drinks to the spinach artichoke dip thats canned, then they add these stale chips to it idk guys im definitely never coming back. Plus the food made my boyfriend sick been to other locatons and it was fine DONT GO HERE TO MANY GREAT PLACES AROUND HERE

The food is good. Not the best Chicago style Ive had but decent. Theyre service really needs work. When weve asked on several occasions about the beer tours they have no idea and thats one of the big draws of the place. They also messed up our check and it took them 45 minutes to fix it and no manager ever came by.

My friends and I have been coming here for a few years now and love it. Youll occasionally get a server that isnt at the top of their day but thats the way food service works. Their food is great and their specials with the world beer tour card make it a great value. Were always full and always satisfied when we leave.

Great food, Ive always loved OCs pizza and will keep coming back. Like other reviewers stated, the service was indeed spotty, however I didnt mind as much considering thr beer selection and atmosphere. Definitely a great place to come and kill some brews and chill. Seemed just a tad understaffed/inattentive is all.

We attended a party that was originally for 40+. 60 showed up. Management was unable or unwilling to compromise or adapt. Consequentially, the service was very poor. They had one server for the entire party. The managers excuse was "we are doing the best we can". I didnt see them doing anything.

What a place. I came to to kill some time and enjoy a pizza, didnt expect to be blown away by the Chicago 7 pizza and the pepperoni rolls. Eveything was more than I was expecting, especially the list of different crafted beers. Prost to Old Chicago! Oh yeah and the service was great as well.

I really enjoy the pizza at Old Chicago. Some of the best Ive had with a variety of crusts and great selection of toppings. Very large selection of beers on tap. Dont know if Ill ever finish the world beer tour, but fun trying. Service always has been good.
