2 1/2 really ( with potential) First off, Tristan below me works there. Met him today while I was waiting. So take that review with a grain of salt. Now, ordered at 3:45 and was told 20 min for a 14" pizza, 7 wings, and 1/2 grinder. Pretty normal here. Showed up about 25 minutes later, paid and sat...... about15 minutes later name was called, but missing the elusive hot sandwich, wing sauces and ranch. No worries threw it in the hot box and went searching. About another 15 minutes later (55 minutes after order) the sub arrived. Store manager was nice said sorry but offered nothing to compensate, which is fine really. So the 20 min order took near and hour. Place just opened up on Monday so I get it, opening issues been a part of those. Love that they hire local teens, I assume their customer service and personality will develop with time. Overall service experience maybe (being generous) 2 stars. Now to the food. Pizza was okay, I seriously think the may have forgotten to sauce the pie(to be fair I did not stipulate sauce in my order), but crust and topping were tasty. Wings and sandwich were decent. Wings had potential if they hadnt been like warm at best from sitting in the hit box waiting for the sub. So will probably give them another go in at least another month to let them get over their new opening jitters.

I wanted to like this place, but it was a big disappointment. The restaurants style is similar to the restaurant Sauce. Order & pay at counter and they deliver food to your table. We had garlic knots and two pizzas (Plain cheese & Oahu). The food seemed to have potential, but.... #1 all of the items were overcooked and slightly burned. #2 I didnt mind the paper plates, but the plastic utensils were not sturdy enough to cut the food. Please get better utensils. #3 The ladies bathroom was not clean and had a horrible smell. Maybe your experience will be better, but I wont be returning anytime soon.

Very disappointed. Service was lack there of. We asked to substitute turkey for chicken which the cashier did but without advising there was a $2 charge to do so. Salads are premade. The American is bland at best missing ingredients. Next time we will go to Frys next door to get a salad in a plastic box, with plastic forks and save about 1/2 the cost ans ave a better tasting salad. The ambiance compared to the marketplace is inconsequential... Maybe better, at least at Frys there is no expectation of service.

Pizza is great but the chive videos on their TVs were a little over the top and the soda machine with the scoop your own ice has to be the worst thing Ive seen at a restaurant in a long time. Please replace it with a modern automatic ice maker / dispenser that is not a health risk.

No one there when we ordered. 45 mins later, and five other tables, everyone got there food first. No one checked on us waiting and when we asked where our order was , they hadnt even started it. WOW! Bring back street of NY

We have eaten here 4 times now, service is fair, kids learning, food is great, not a fan of the ice bucket scoop thing nor the paper plates.
