The breadsticks and pizza were good, but unfortunately the service was atrocious. Its embarrassing how long we waited to order (22 min), and when the manager came over to take our order once I requested a waitress, not only did he condescending tell us his waitresses were busy, he didnt write our order down and of course, left our appetizer off which were finally got after our meal was finished. Waiting for the check when we were finished was almost as long as the wait to order. Super disappointed with the experience.

Pizza leaves something to be desired, ingredients are good but the dough is too soft and seems either undercooked or perhaps the oven isnt hot enough? Havent tried their wings, sandwiches or entrees, but the pizza was a real turn off, and all because of the soft dough - for authentic NY style pizza, Rays simply cannot be beat, which is maybe why theyve been in business for 30 years. Id rather pick-up good pizza than have mediocre pizza delivered (Rays is pick-up only).

Less than desirable. Pretty sure the spinach artichoke dip is frozen spinach, canned artichoke, and cheddar cheese. The fettuccini alfredo tasted like it came from a frozen dinner. My mom had the spaghetti and thought it was mediocre at best. We let them know that the spinach artichoke dip was awful and the waitress just shrugged her shoulder and walked away. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I had placed an order for pickup and arrived 30 minutes later to get it they said fifteen to twenty. Turns out they hadnt even started the food but they tried to slyly have me pay for my food first then try to cook up it up in a quick manner i guess. I then had to wait another 20 minutes in the resturant. I do pickup , or did pickup from this location to avoid having to sit in the resturant. Thanks.

Ya they have good pizza.. But they are so overpriced. They charge for any ranch/blue cheese. Their little punch card is not even a good deal. Just picked up a pizza from there and it was cold, the wings were cold, the blue cheese was watered down, and the pizza was cut horribly. Not happy with this place

Probably one of the best local owned and operated places for pizza and wings! This is not a chain store. Great pizza and wings. Always cater it to my service shop. They give good discounts when you order a large quantity of pizzas (8 or more). I am a wing snob and these guys set the standard!

I really like the pizza n wings. Tastes yummy. The change in location did not help though. ( now at 67th n Bell Rd) The place looks cooler...sure...but the service now sucks. They take forever n argue with the customer.. I will not come back to this location. Uh·uh

Staff was throwing food with other customer, ended up getting hit with food and they just laughed. Its unfortunate because this place has good pizza, but the way it was handled was unprofessional. wont be going here anymore.

Had the chicken plate and the hot philly delivered. The meals were well-proportioned and hot. The fries held up wel and didnt get that stale, soggy taste that typically happens with fries.

cheese pizza blew me away. wings are nearly the best you can find in the northwest valley. their suicide wings were a little short on heat, my girlfriend really likes their medium

I went last night with my husband and 2 friends. We got an xtra large and 30 wings. They were so good and fresh!! Wings were crispy and the pizza had a bit crisp to it as well!
