I wanted to give this location 4 stars. But they have screwed up so many orders of ours, that it gets hard to make excuses for them. It is mostly run by teenagers all the time. With that in mind, we ordered the 3 meat pizza and a large Pepperoni. They said they had to make the 3 meat would take 7 minutes. So we pulled up front and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Finally after 24 minutes and seeing customer after customer come and go, I sent my daughter in to see what the heck was going on. Turns out they gave our 3 meat to another customer who ordered it after us.And forgot us. So they then raced to make ours. We waited 36 minutes in all, and the worst part, we got home and 3 1/2 of the slices of 3 meat pizza had no toppings on them at all besides cheese. I should have called it in. When you pay almost double for the 3 meat pizza over their large pepperoni to add ham and bacon, then wait 30 plus minutes to get it, yo at least expect it to be right. Too many teens working here, not enough management oversight.... Unless they get their customer service corrected, I recommend sticking to the West Valley location.

Drive-through needs improvement. Ordering at intercom always leads to re-ordering at window. Because theyve mixed up my orders in the past, I always ask to SEE my food before I drive away and they look at me like Im crazy. Also, no secondary lane to exit by so if you change your mind and dont want to be in line, youre stuck. I love the cheap price, I love the IDEA of drive-through, I just dont think Little Caesars has got it figured out yet.

Was visiting family...im from out of town.. was charger for 3 dipping ranch and never got them. Was asked by michelle The manager- to call back at 3 30 to talk to a general manager because she couldnt fix the charge on my credit card unless i came back with the card.. im on vacation..im not giving u my time to fix your mistake

Evryone there was super nice and fast i got my food very fast and it was great they didnt mess up my order i am comeing back here for sure and i recommend all pizza lovers to come here as well.

Nothing ever seems to be "hot and ready" here as advertised. I am offer left waiting for longer than 15 minutes. They have the advantage being the only drive thru pizza place.
