I nicely asked them if their whip cream is made from dairy since they claim everything is from scratch and their answer was "No". So because I have a child with some food allergies I asked if I can get an ingredient list which initially I was told "yeah". I wanted to see what junk made this "fake, non-dairy whip cream".The young lady went to the back and after 2 minutes called her dad to the back and a minute later he comes out and tells me he cannot give me the list because he doesnt know my intentions. I tell him I dont own a bakery or nor do I want to steal his recipies and he starts getting frustrated and becomes rude. His wife comes out of the back and says "by law we are not required to provide that to you". Really? So I asked if it contains corn syrup and he says "yes it does". At that point I was done... Who knows what other "poisons" (corn syrup is a carcinogen btw) their cakes contain that they dont want to disclose??? Yuck!!!

Everybody raved about the cake (Cappuccino mousse) I ordered for my daughters baby shower, and most of my guests are from Europe originally, so they know how the cake should taste like. At least 10 guests asked me to give them the information about bakery, which I gladly did. The decorations were beautiful, complying with my request of understated elegance. I asked for the lightest possible pink color for the roses, and they were barely pink! Julie and her mom were very attentive to my needs and particular requests, provided me with some good suggestions, and I could not be happier! From now on this is the place where I would get all my cakes, despite quite a drive for me to get there. Believe me, it is worth it!

BEST European Bakery in AZ! LOVE it! The breads are delicious and freshly made every day. Oh and the cakes and pastries remind me of Europe! EVERYTHING IS GOOD AND DELICIOUS! Every time Im in the area I always stop by and grab a few things. Please dont ever stop what youre doing and if youre ever planning on expanding dont forget Surprise area :) The owners and their daughter are amazing people, very friendly and nice. THANK YOU

The made to order sandwiches are simply amazing. Their bread is outstanding! I highly recommend the Italian sandwich. The many of their cakes and pastries are made in house and are also pretty amazing! I have picked up desserts from here for dinner parties and everyone always love them! Grab some of their bread to make an amazing Bruchetta at home! Your friends will think you made a new recipe. The bread is that good!

Would love to give ZERO if there was an option. The 2 sisters running the Bakery are rude and not polite at all. Would rate them ZERO for customer service. Ordered a birthday cake for 40 people and they handed it over to me without even covering the cake saying they do not have a lid this big a cake. Why sell if you cannot even package it and give it to the customer?

Best cakes in the entire area. Would rate a 10 for the quality and taste. Have been a regular customer until my recent experience. The quality of the cake was extremely good. But the person, might be the owner, sounded too rude when I was discussing some design differences with the co-workers. Not sure if I would go back to this place, mainly because of the attitude

On my phone so short and sweet. Best sammich Ive had. Cheap. Owners are Armenia. As I ate, I talked for a good hour with the owner David... Great and interesting man. A true gem of a place. Their desert variety looked to be authentic and delicious

These days pastries comes with thick cream layer. if you order cake for a party you should be prepared to loose half of the portion as icing and cream. You can order it try it, but its not worth it.
