Dont cater with this store! Had catering set up for graduation party for 50 people for my daughter. Went in to pick up and it wasnt ready, then went to pay and the credit card stripe wouldnt work on their machines. They would not enter the information and had me go to the bank. After going to two banks (because each bank has a $400 limit on their ATMs) and returning, they expected me to take cold food and no discount for the inconvenience. The manager is anything but nice. I did not take the food. When I called to complain the corporate office they took a message and then sent an e-mail with four free food coupons-unbelievable! They may be good for a quick meal, but I wouldnt cater with them unless you have a Plan B lined up. Good luck!

I ordered a Burrito Bowl. Place was super busy & they got behind on cooking meats... so as I watched them I could tell they were "rushing" the cooking process. Fortunately for my friends, they had chosen steak. Unfortunately for myself, I had chosen chicken. After eating 1/4 of the bowl I happened to notice a piece of chicken was still raw in the middle. A nice center pink color works well for steak, but not for chicken. I immediately stopped eating the bowl & hoped for the best. It didnt end good for me

Dont use the app for this location... Ordered a Veggie Bowl via the app and they got the order completely wrong. No Beans, No Lettuce, No Guacamole and the rice was doused in sour cream. The bowl was ruined. Called to complain and the only compensation we were given was for us to drive back waste gas and let the other 3 dinners go cold. We reviewed our order and everything listed was correct, they screwed up... We wont be going back to this one and definitely wont use the app again...

Ive avoided this location for a while do to service. I use to come to this store a lot. Now lately the quality has been low. Burritos are smaller, Today I watched an employee give me half a scoop of each ingredients for my burrito. And I only put like 3-4 items on mine. Employees have always been very kind and helpful.....but now I get half the food I use to for the same price.....lol What happened?

I love this place, the location rocks because it is close to my house and away from all the busy city business when everyone on the planet goes here for lunch. The burrito bowl rocks, I love it with chicken, beef, or most of all barbacoa beef. Food always is fast even with long lines, & its always consistent. The food is a little pricey but thats cause its all organic & that is a good value.

I was coming here quite frequently but the service has gotten to a point that its not worth it. The girl who was wrapping the burrito watched it split open and continued wrapping it anyway without even asking if I wanted it rewrapped. Ill just go to the Greek place next door since they have better service.

Terrible location..do yourself a favor and stay away.. Last week they had no sour cream and believe it or not no forks.. Tried again tonight half hour wait in line for my son, got home and had what seemed to be half bowl, son said they were almost out of rice..

Every time i come to this one, clearly they dont have fast people. Im always waiting for 40+ min to get food. And when I asked for a for something on the side. After 4 times asking for it I just left pissed. Any other store I been to, I have have problems.

I loved it when they opened up here in our neighborhood, it was a nice addition! Lately though, the food has been inconsistent. Smaller portions compared to what other Chipotles give you and the meat is undercooked more often than not.

Food quality pales in comparison to other chipotle restaurants. Consistently undercooked steak. Supposed to come out pink but theirs often is red. Crew doesnt always tell cook when more meat is needed and they will run out.
