Used to be a decent place to eat, but this evenings experience will probably keep me from going back. The girl "working" the drive thru was a total b**** and had absolutely no customer service skills. She didnt get my complete order but I didnt realize it until after driving away from the window, so I drove back to the window to let her know. I didnt stop at the speaker since I had already ordered everything I wanted the first time. After sitting at the window for almost 10 mins she finally came over and opened the window. I informed her that I didnt get my complete order, that I was missing one of the burritos. She said she didnt hear that part (even though she had repeated the order to me the first time). She also said she "couldnt take orders at the window" and that I would have to drive back around to the speaker since there was another car behind me. I reminded her that I did order it at the speaker the first time, but again I just got the same rude response about having to drive back around. I told her nevermind and her response was just a rude "okay" (with a smirk on her face that made me want to b**** slap her). To top things off, the people eating the rest of the food that I did actually receive said it was awful and couldnt even stomach eating it. Oh well, wont be wasting anymore money at this s***hole of a place.

I really love the food! Great Carne burrito! Sadly the girl working there obviously didnt want us there so she went and turned the TV on as loud as it would go almost drowning out the Mexican music already barring on the ceiling speakers. We were the only 2 people there whole there was 2 hours left before closing. I really talked this place up too to everyone I knew only to be treated like that. I would never dream of being soo disrespectful to anyone. So Ill never go back :( . So overall the food was great, and service was ???? Decide for yourself what the deal was. I was just a hungry gringo w wife excited about dinner only to realize not everyone wants my business. Happens. But not to me again.

This place sells decent Mexican food but the service is horrible on Sundays. I usually deal with the manager and shes so nice but today i get my usual and instead of $6.45 this new girl charges me $8.45 for the exact same thing then she tells me to call back when the manager is here so she can figure out what to do. It doesnt matter if you making minimum wage but if you hate your job dont take it out on the customers. Anyway ive been coming here for 5 years and now and after today Im going else where. To the owner of the place. If truly care about your business id do something about your staff.

Open untill 10? I saw the open sign from Lake pleasant so decided to grab a sub par burrito. Ive been hear before and the only reason they are still open is its one of the few places around the area. Foods not great but I was willing to settle being 945pm. To my surprise after being at the menu for 30 seconds suddenly they turn the menu light off. Dont say anything, no sorry we shut down the grill, just turn the light off. Wow amazing service. I will not be back and I highly recommend any of the other places for Mexican close by.

Started off with a hair in the side of sour cream. Then a bean egg and cheese burrito that was for a vegetarian had a thin shmear of beans. So after asking for more beans, went to add them into the burrito, only to find large chunks of meat as though the eggs were cooked directly over leftovers completely disregarding that meat could not be included

I am scared to try anything else after tonight. I got a bean burrito, and sad to say it was the worst ever. The beans had no flavor, just a tasteless paste like texture. Taco Bell has better bean burritos and they are half the cost. I wont be going back because of my poor experience with such a key ingredient for most the dishes.

First of all I came at a really busy time, evening of May 5th. I was ok waiting for my food since it was busy. Received my order, one burro was wrong. The food didnt taste very great, the meat in my green chili burro wasnt very fresh. It was dried out. Zero green chili in my burro, not even green sauce. I wont be going back

They close 15 minutes early and just sit on the counter and eat. I waited at the window for 5 minutes until she finally came to the window and said they are closing soon and cant serve customers because it takes time to get ready. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

1st time and last time. Also very rude service. The young lady at the counter looked like she wanted to spit in my face for walking through the door. I thought it was me until I heard her treet others who came in.

Best fast American Mexican around. Fantastic burritos and fish tacos at a great price. Definitely try the macho burrito and California burrito. Staff is fast and friendly.

They are suppose to open at 7 am Saturdays but we waited until 7:10 and still nothing. One person in there totally ignoring customers. Horrible service.
