if u dont mind people spitting over your to go food and being yelled at by the manager cause THEY got your food order overcooked and wrong and having it sit there not only getting cold but having money and saliva going over and over your to go food and god for bid u should say anything you are the customer and brook Kieth whom is supposed to b the owner are going to make sure that even if your bill like mine was 160 dollars now remember that Kieth is the owner he is supposed to b the one who stands in central ground to side with customer I have been going there since they opened every new yrs eve to go and in between and no matter what they always get the order wrong and I still go back for the to go and you think with strangers standing and talking directly over the food and it being wrong and half the order cold they would do something maybe start over omg no way they might be out a dollar Please unless u are eating in and have a waiter or waitress that cares about your order dont order there the to go unless it is for one is almost 99% guaranteed to b a disaster and like I cant stress enough unless it is the first time or two that you complain they wont listen they will always side with the staff even if they are wrong and for that I think that anyone that has the same issue should join me and we can call corporate together cause anything over one is always stronger I tried no one will listen

27th weding anerversary. thought we would have some drinks and then a good meal, have ate there many times before. maybe it is because our anerversary fell on a weekend this year, after two drinks we were btold that we were going to get cut off from the bar (thats where we were sitting in our booth) if we didnt order our food. We had already ate our bread and rattle snake bites. we odered our food, then started thinking that this has been the most terrible anerversary that we had ever had. We canceled our meal and left. We were basicly forced out of our seat so that they could put another paying customer in it. have went to Texas Roadhouse for our anerversary for the past 7 years.(Gilbert, AZ the last 3) Will never go to This resaurant again.

We did the call ahead seating. Put our name in. Showed up and the girls couldnt find our call in. They were going to put us on the bottom of the regular wait list. Finally, they found our name under "die" then we were told 15 to 25 minutes to wait and ended up waiting for a table for 50 minutes. When asked why it was so long the hostess blamed it on our high chair request. Waiting on a table for it... Our waitress was not so great either. She brought no refills for our drinks, forgot a side of applesauce and didnt go "find" more A1 like she said she was doing. This place has good food but for the price and service, its not worth it.

Dont get the onion blossom appetizer/starter thing.Outback steakhouses Bloomin onion is much better. The one here tasted like way too much flour and not enough seasoning. The Caesar salad-dressing is a bit bland. I had the chicken leg quarter and steak combo (not shown on their menu in the restaurant, but shows on the online menu.Glad I asked if they had it,because they did and both chicken and steak were perfect. As for the atmosphere, the music is just too loud and I found their birthday thing got a bit irritating cuz it was real loud so it was a bit hard to enjoy dinner with my family.Great service though too.

One of the worst mealsI have had in along time. Steak was over half fat and grissel/Baked potatoes was lukewarm. Corn in a bowl was some else - terrible uinable to eat it. Wait person didnt check back with us until time for the check. She spent most of her time sitting in a booth talking to other people finally taking their order. I have eaten in other Teaxs Rodhouses and this one has to be the worst. will never go back there again. My advise is seek another restauarnt in the area. Poor food -poor service.

I have had some extremely expensive steaks in my day, but the price of something does not directly determine the quality. This Texas Roadhouse offers a great location, friendly staff, and mouth watering steaks. This is not a place to grab a quiet meal. Be sure to know how you like your steaks, and if you are unsure ask for a quick education from your waiter or waitress. Need I mention that they provide free meals to military on Veterans Day? A worthwhile place to visit.

We were told the wait was 35 minutes. An hour later we were told we were at the top of the list. Then another group was sat before us. Once finally seated we were given a free appetizer. A group of 8 was then sat next to us who the preceded to receive all their food and finish before we received our food. There was only 3 of us. Finally when the food came it was under cooked. I walked in the doors over 2 hours ago and I am still waiting to get my card back and leave.

Food was ok, service was not so good -to be fair, it was busy. We specifically made reservations to keep our party together in one long table because of infants in the group and they split us up. Server forgot things but would bring them when reminded second and third time. Every 5 minutes it felt like the staff was dancing or celebrating a birthday -probably reason for the slow service and forgetful servers. Just an odd environment for a restaurant.

Service was wonderful my meal the country fried steak was delicious but my wifes steak the 10oz Fort worth rib eye was half fat and the fact that the kitchen manager said that thats the chance you take when you order a steak blew my mind. The fact that they would stand behind such a bad piece of meat being a "steak house" is hilarious I will no longer be going to this location and will not be recommending this store to anyone.

I have enjoyed chowing down on their sirloin steaks, the New York strip and even Ribeye. The kids seem to like the chicken better, but thats OK by me. I do have to take off 1 star, since my wife has had a couple of times where she didnt get her steak well done. Instead, its come more medium rare and weve had to bring it to our waiters attention. I still like coming to this place though.

They serve you fresh bread when you walk in the door, great for when the kiddos are starving as you get to the restaurant.. The service is great and friendly! Drinks are poured perfect.. Ribs fall off the bone and have the best flavor.. Sides are great with something for everyone!!! Wonderful meal, wonderful staff!

This one is terrible. It was the worst experience we have ever had dining anywhere. The manager was not only rude, but knew nothing about the food she has in her own restaurant! She even lied to our faces. I recommend choosing any other Texas Roadhouse over this one because it is just not worth going to.
