I cannot begin to express how awesome of an experience I had eating here tonight. From the hostess to the management everyone was friendly, professional, and most of all, down to earth. I called this location seeking information regarding their menu. Samantha, the hostess who answered the call, was kind enough to go over options that fit into my lifestyle. She was knowledgeable and her friendliness encouraged me to wander in. I was seated in the bar section (which is actually very nice) and was served by Tara. She greeted me warmly and was so informative and patient. She was knowledgeable of the ingredients in the food and drinks they served and was able to provide me options for my Vegan lifestyle. I was brought minestrone soup (which is veggie based) and my god was it delicious. It was the best minestrone soup I have ever tasted. Phenomal and deep robust flavors filled my pallet. Exquisitely perfect. Next came the spaghetti marinara. It looked liked your typical spaghetti but the rich flavor of the marinara was far from typical or ordinary. The marinara was perfectly seasoned and had a slightly sweet aftertaste. Very very good! I was then brought a "pikashot" because of my Pokemon Go app. It was the most delicious shot Ive had. It was a delectable rum liquor with banana liquor mixed in. Then a stemless Maraschino cherry is dropped in to perfect the already seamless flavors. I then encountered two awesome members of management - one was the head chef and the other the district manager. We discussed pokemon and they were open to my input on their pokemon themed drinks and food items. It was such an awesome experience! This place is so incredible ( and affordable!). Not to mention its a pokestop. You must try this place!

I went here with some colleagues after a meeting and it was "okay". Not great. Not horrible. The service was good - the same youd get from a similar franchise restaurant. Our waiter was nice, patient, and friendly. The food, on the other hand, wasnt the best. I got their Mizithra pasta dish - whichever the one they claim as "this is our Big Mac" (if you catch my drift). Just a basic pasta dish with bacon (and I think it may have had mushrooms?) with some garlic and that Mizithra cheese. The dish was very... very dry - so if you enjoy your dishes moist with sauce - do not get this dish. At the bottom of the plate was a puddle of oil... which absolutely warped my mind - if there was so much oil, why was the dish so dry? I dont understand it... Flavor? Ya - lots of flavor... delicious bacon, cheesey, garlic-ey flavor. It was very tasty - just... dry. :/ I didnt mention any of the aforementioned to my colleagues at dinner... but they talked about their dishes. They said their lasagna dish was just "ok", but I did hear about the Portugese sausage and heard that was absolutely epic. So Im slightly confused. It appears to be hit and miss, folks. I had a flavorful dry dish, my buddy had a flavorless wet dish, and our other friend had an awesome dish... so take that for what its worth. I think Olive Garden and Macaroni Grill are may times better, but Im not opposed to trying this place again. Ill just have to order something different and hope for the best. BTW, the decor is awesome - I wouldnt quite say its "Italy"... but its pretty cool.

Had a wonderful dinner for my sons 6th Birthday, minus the bread and garlic butter... because that was not given to us. Just like when it came time for them to ask us what ice cream we would like... we were NOT asked or given ice cream!!! We also told the waiter that it was our sons birthday, and he clearly said that they would sing, when they brought us the ice cream... well our waiter never asked about the ice cream, therefore never brought any out or sang happy birthday to our son!! Not only that, but he also asked our friend if she wanted change... the bill was $24 and something cents, she put a $50 (her bill was separate from ours). Now why the hell would she leave a tip of $20+ after not being offered the ice cream that came with our meals or a bag for the boxes of food that we were taking. As we walked out the manager asked us how our service was and we told him, all he had to say was sorry about that, along with the hostess. That sorry didnt change the disappointment in my son, he was looking forward to his ice cream and song. We were not offered any compensation, nor told to come back to be compensated. To say that this experience was disappointing would be an understatement. FYI the servers name is TRAVIS!!!

Great service, nice dinning area, clean great energy . Fun place. Very pricey $$$ for what you get. Very small / tiny portions of meat, lots of pasta. Italian ice cream horrible. My husband ordered sausage peppers spaghetti one small 4 inches sausage no peppers on plate with tons of pasta. I order clam white sauce, my pasta was sticking together it had a very thin layer of white sauce very little that pasta was sticky. Son ordered chicken parmaganni , maybe 2 oz. heavily breaded . We could not even recongunize what it was. Everyone else at table was very disappointed in their plates as well. Meatball plate was sad. Son in law and others went to BJ brewery ordered pizza and beer with appetizers thats sad. We all will not be returning, we miss the old spaghetti company downtown Tempe. Those were the great years.

I absolutely love The Old Spaghetti Factory, but this location disappointed me sorely. Granted, we came in an hour before closing - Ill give them that. I felt rushed and neglected throughout this entire dining experience, with the exception of being seated. We waited an unusual amount of time before our drink order was given and when we ordered our food, the server seemed very hurried. When our salad/soup came, we had no place settings or silverware and had to wait until someone passed by. It just seemed very rushed and hurried. 2 stars, since this location not only fell short of expectations, but when it comes to best in its class, other locations were so much better.

These guys are a great deal, if you know what to order. All of their famous complete meals come with fresh baked bread (and it is great sourdough, providing you get a hot loaf), soup or a crisp green salad with choice of dressing (small upcharge for Ceasar), and a beverage (providing you order either coffee, hot tea, iced tea or milk - NOT SODA), and their signature spumoni or vanilla ice cream for dessert. We went a little wild this time and ordered the toasted raviolis. Loved em. Todays tip: Dont order the HEARTY MEAL larger serving if splitting between two hungry adults. It aint a double portion... no matter what your server says.

The only reason why i gave it a 5 star is because of bobby are waiter he was the best that you can get ever get and the compliments to the chef food was great BUT the hostess f#@%*$% sucks and the so called supervisor that was on duty we came in and no one was there in there restaurant and we did not get seated until 20 min later because they had an issue with something else so we didnt get seated i will recommend for you to go to the original location downtown phx
