We frequently this location often. Tonight we decided to use a coupon. The young man at the counter was very nice and articulated to us that he couldnt accept the coupon because it didnt state the location of the restaurant. The manager stood next to him silently. The coupon did state only accepted at participating locations. While this location followed their protocol, they lost reoccuring customers due to a small accommodation. Will two people not returning impact their business? No. But small gestures like this impact your business in the large perspective because you are turning away good customers.

I worked here once. The owners are not very friendly and are very cheap. They dont quite follow the DQ standard since its not owned by or controlled by corporate. The employees are lazy and tons of health code violations especially with the walk in. Ive seen employees spit into blizzards. If they take your food into the back dont eat it. Youre better off going somewhere else, especially if its in the fall on a Friday night when all of the high school kids swarm after the football game. This place is basically only for teenagers.

This dq doesnt do the upgrade your sundae to a blizzard for a dollar on their 5 dollar lunch deal like they advertise on tv. The girl had no idea what i was talking about when i asked. I had to ask for sauce with my tenders and then had to ask again for wifes meal. The front counter girl was extremely rude. The fries were really old at 12:30 lunchtime. The manager was rude when i asked about the upgrade to a blizzard for a dollar. Gross food rude staff dirty restaurant dont waste your time or money on this location.

While eating in the restaurant, I saw one of their employees yell at two customers (who looked to me like professional women) and refused to sell them the cake they had picked out. I called to report this to a manager, and it turns out it was the owner who had thrown them out. She said they had made a rude comment about her to an employee, but I didnt see that, just her coming out from the back with the cake, refusing to write on it or sell it to them. She told them she didnt need their business. Very strange!

Its ok for what its worth. For a typical low end ice cream, burger stop. Run by teenagers surprising. Pretty steady customers walking in so expect a little wait. Not to many choices in the ice cream dept. Sorry, but I hoped for more than what they offerd. Not everyone loves oreos. It was oreos this and oreos that. See food pics whats the the way things will come out when ordered. Nothing like the menu pics. It was descent though. Tastes was standard as if you made your own at home.

Lunchtime, 12:45, weekday. One employee is sitting at a table (of which there are only a few), eating lunch. Another employee is in the back of the kitchen area hosing something down. No one greets me, no one says a thing. I wait a few minutes- then leave. This is by far the most disgusting Dairy Queen Ive been in. Its old, there are hardly any tables to sit and eat, and the customer service is lacking 100%. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.

I frequent this location quite a bit and my experiences remain consistent across the board. I can always expect fast service, great tasting ice cream, and more than enough seating (both indoors and out) to settle down and enjoy. Despite the seemingly never-ending stream of people passing through, it never feels crowded and all areas are kept clean and tidy. I highly recommend a visit and a large dipped cone.

One of the oldest DQs that I know of in Scottsdale. Its been there forever! Its busy but when I was there they had it staffed really well and it they served everyone really fast! Quite impressed!
