Update... This has been our favorite restaurant to go to for a while now. Sadly, the waiter that I mentioned below was again assigned to the table when my husband and his friend last visited. He was very rude. Brought the incorrect orders, offered terrible service, and tried to run off with the plates before the meal was even close to being finished. Because of this poor service it looks as though we will have to go to another restaurant that doesnt have near the quality of food. I am sorry for the establishment that they are loosing us as a customer because an employee in the service industry doesnt care enough to do his job. And yes, we normally tip very well, but he got a big fat $0 which is what he deserved. New favorite Mexican Restaurant. We have been there twice, and the food does not disappoint. We have had a variety of dishes, and have been happy with them all. The salsa is wonderful! Both the regular red, or I suggest you ask for the more spicy green if the red is too mild for you. My only complaint is that the last time we went, our waiter wasnt very personable. He didnt smile, and almost seemed like he would have been happier if we werent there. Other visits have been great though, so maybe he was having a bad day.

Went here with my husband and two daughters ages 2 and 8.. Weve been many times with no problems. We got horrible service From what I was told was actually a manager (female latina) she made us wait forever for our drinks then brought us sangria with alcohol in it. We didnt order an alcoholic beverage. She seemed annoyed because we told her we didnt want that drink, we wanted Mexican bottled sangria, so we ordered Pepsi instead. Another employee brought it to us. While we were waiting for her another table sat while we were waiting and she took their order first. I was so mad I got up asked for another server and was told shes actually a manager. I was like well I guess Im leaving. The hostess said another manager was coming in soon but there was no point in staying. Its pretty sad one bad seed can make a business loose out on customers. Hostess was a sweet girl. The cooks are normally awesome because food is always great. The way me and my family were treated is not how a manager should be treating customers. Shame on you for making that place look bad. You just look bad.

I visited this restaurant on Cinco de Mayo and was very disappointed with the food and drink service. They were offering street tacos for $1.99 and they look more like naked tacos no cilantro,onion or avocado, the picture of tacos the flier had looked more appealing than what was being served. I have tasted better tacos from the food trucks in street corners, they advised me over the phone they had their fiesta margarita on special for $3.99 for Cinco de Mayo and when we ordered one gave me the house margarita instead, when i questioned the waitress she said the fiesta margarita was $9.99. No special as house margarita is $3.99 everyday for happy hour. We felt lied to,over the phone nothing but great things but the product was not real bad tacos and high priced drinks they call specials!!!!!!!!!! They didnt deserve a star but had to select in order for my review to show.

Food is good no complaints on that...but theres a hispanic older female server weve had her serve us twice didnt get her name.. both times weve been there shes been our server. Shes AWFUL at her job took a good while to ask us what we wanted to drink ,and to take our order. Ignores you doesnt ask if you need anything we had to be behind her to get anything and its not like it was busy those two times she would take forever to bring back anything to our table and not friendly like she gets bothered if u ask for something ...its employees like this places loose customers because of their bad work ethics one bad seed makes you not want to come back to places like this and spend my money there not even if the food that is served is good, good service is a plus and thats why im giving 2 stars for HORRIBLE SERVICE not once but twice from same lady.

We recently discovered Fiesta and have been loving their food weekly ever since! Last night we were there and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Cassie. She actually runs the Chandler location and was just helping out in Avondale. She was AMAZING! She took excellent care of us. She was attentive, humorous, engaging and even shared pictures of recent trips with us! She was delightful. I loved the part about the life jacket! Anyway, although Cassie may not be there on our future visits, the customer service and food have never disappointed. All 4 of us would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an outstanding meal and customer service experience. Thanks Cassie!

I stopped by here after work not realizing they closed at 10 and they were still willing to help me. The tostada was amazing and very big and the restraunt was very clean and i loved the design. It wasnt greasy which i loved.My only issue was when i went home to eat the tostada i kept finding random things in my food ( a pea, 2 green beans a white looking bean, and the suction cups from the octopus (no other pieces had them)) it made me think of my food being tossed around and had something inedible fell in would they have noticed? Overall i loved the place minus the added suprises in my food.

This is not authentic Mexican food. They do not offer Aguas Frescas (horchata, Tamarindo etc) only sodas milk n juice. The food is flavorless like from canned goods. I ordered a chicken enchilada. The rolled tortilla was stuffed to maximum capacity with shredded chicken, along with a flavorless sauce. Dont waste your time if you want authenticity. My husband ordered a vegetarian burrito and it was filled with a frozen pack of veggie mix, peas carrots and corn. The waitress was constantly rushing us to the next phase of our stay. We will not be coming back.

Being rushed right the start, I felt as I had no time to look over the menu and the waitress wasnt friendly at all. The food tasted very bland. No seasoning at all, seemed as if it was frozen veggies. I had the veggie burrito and I think it had canned tomato sauce on top. Serving a vegetarian dish with rice made in chicken stock? My beans were cold. The decor was overwhelming and the place had zero authenticity. This place is so gilded it makes taco bell breakfast worth trying. Never will I come back to this establishment.

Good food, shady service. Very annoyed with this place. We were there during happy hour and asked if we could get the HH margarita made "skinny" and the waiter said sure. We ordered 2 and when the bill came we were charged $25 for 2 drinks! The waiter said it was an upcharge to make them w/ fresh lime juice and they used organic tequila. He didnt tell us any of that upon ordering, we thought we were getting HH prices. We asked to see the manager and he tooks a few bucks off...really? Maybe they just dont like gringos, IDK.
