This Starbucks is the absolute worst Starbucks Ive ever been too. Literally every single time I have ever gone there, even if I am going through drive thru, they have messed up my drink in some way or another. They are always in a rush, they dont take care into their work, their work areas are always dirty, and a lot of the time they are rude. Dalton is the only person there who has been truly nice and made my drink fast, but with care. Tonight around 6 I went to this Starbucks because I was in a hurry, I went inside because I knew I would have a better chance at them making it right if I was right there. When I first got there they didnt even acknowledge me, then the guys gave the barista a grande cup when I ordered a venti and the guy made it, I told him thats not what I ordered so instead of remaking it, dumped it in a venti and started steaming milk to add to it when I stopped him and said forget it because I didnt want my drink to basically be milk. The guy who took our order made my friends drink totally wrong from what I told him too, when he even told us that he would make it himself because there was so much instruction. I finally took our drinks and left and went over to the Starbucks in the Frys store to get it re made correctly and they were happy to do it. I will not go there again no matter how much Im in a rush, that was it for me.

Im gonna be honest, not a fan of Starbucks. I only came because I had gift cards. I mean, you dont get more shots in your cappuccino with a larger size? Treason. But damn, these reviews are ridiculous. The staff are friendly, the service was timely, the only problem was that it was Starbucks. In particular Kristen was friendly and adorable and if there was coffee on the side of my cup I can accept the fact that it was made by a fellow human being and mistakes happen. Jesus, people.

Not friendly. Kristan is rude and seems stressed every time shes there. Coffee is spilt on the cups. Starbucks is different from most coffee places because of the quality and presentation of its items. Sad they have this trashy women at the front counter. I get Starbucks EVERY DAY! I dont want to know youre stressed or having a bad day. I want my $7 cup of coffee so I can start my day. Itd be nice to have a positive experience before work.

Terrible experience. First they over charged me for the wrong order and then they only refunded a small portion of it onto my checking account and put the rest of the refund on two gift cards. I never asked for the gift cards I just wanted my money back but they told me thats the only way I could get the refund. After all that they still charged me for my original purchase of only 3 dollars and some change. Screw this place. ✌

I went here ordering a 16 oz iced latte when I got to the window it was a twenty oz second time this happed this time I rejected it to much coffe.....so the girl poored half out and poorer the rest in a 16 oz I Stopped... her telling her no thats not how you make a Starbucks coffee 16 oz is two shots not four I dont get mad at people but paying six dollars for a coffee should get what you pay for.

The people here are always so friendly and pleasant, its always a pleasure to interact with them. Service is quick, and they are always happily accommodating of my requests. The shop itself is nice and relaxing to sit at, too, both indoors and out, being well kept and nicely furnished. Other Starbucks locations are nice, too, but these guys somehow seem a cut above the others to me.

We are in town visiting, and usually love Starbucks, but the service and quality of coffee from this location is horrible. The last 2 times we have gone here, they have gotten our orders wrong, even after they repeated the order correctly when they went to hand me my order. On top of that, this last visit, the gal working the window was extremely rude.

This is a great Starbucks. Friendly service and my drink came out great. I dont know why some are saying theyre paying $7 or so for their coffee. I get a venti (large) iced latte with a flavor shot and pay $5.38. Prices keep going up, though. I guess thats how they can offer health insurance and other benefits, even to their part time help.

Worst starbucks ever I go to Starbucks every morning and I decided why keep driving to the one further away as this one is close to my house well they are rude got my drink wrong and then tried telling me I was wrong and the drink was right just horrible

Love the vibe of this Starbucks. It has a really large and nice outside seating area and plenty of seating space inside. I go here to meet with clients and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is really friendly also.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Sneered at by manager. Blamed me for the added delay to the customers inline. A coffee shop should fill ones cup with a smile - not drain it with a negative attitude.

I love Starbucks but the drive-thru on Apache Trail store is so small. Love the drinks. Customers need to be told about rewards app cuz not everyone is wrapped up in technology. Great coffee shop though

Drive thru moved quickly. However, once you are in drive thru line, you are stuck, cannot get out without waiting. So if in hurry, you cant pull up to try and see how long it will be and then leave.
