After patronizing this store dozens of times over the years, and reading through recent reviews, I thought it was time to chime in. // The staff here are usually hustling to fill orders, but the store is often understaffed. The store is not dirty, but you frequently need to clean off a table and the bathrooms are not cleaned regularly. Coffee has always been very good and the early hours are a plus. I would not characterize the workers as unfriendly, but several exhibit a detached, apathetic attitude.

Worst Starbucks ever! Rude untrained employees. Generally Im a huge fan of Starbucks and their staff. But repeatedly, more than four times, they have screwed up mobile orders. I thought the whole point of a mobile order was convenience. Stay away from this one--Worth the drive to go all the way to the one on Park Avenue!

An embarrassment to the brand! The most unprofessional workers in a starbucks I have ever encountered. Visited this location twice while on vacation and both times the workers were more interested in talking to each other and playing around then serving the line that was almost out the door.

Took more than 20 minutes to get 2 cold brew coffees. Staff did not seem to care that people were waiting and did not apologize for the long wait. Ive never been to a slower Starbucks.

Not the flagship store by a long shot. The consistency varies in prepared drinks and wait times can be excessive over weekends when the staff get distracted chatting.
