The steak in the picture is what these guys call "rare". Smells good, but its nearly well done. Spoke to the manager to have the order replaced. I had to call back to ge the ETA because they were in such a hurry to hang up on me. Nearly an hour to get two shoe leather dinners here (my girlfriend ordered, too), and they say another 30 min to replace the order. They can do a lot, lot better for a $60 dinner for two. The young man who brought it, and the young lady who took the order were both courteous and professional and they managed to get my side of sirloin that I ordered for the dog rare. Theyre the only reason I gave the place any stars at all. Update: Different delivey man came with replacements. One steak is rare as requested. The other is even more well done than the last two. The replacements werent even as good of cuts as the first; I had to sw rather than slice. I understand theyre closed now, but they really shouldnt have shut down the grill until theyre sure the order is correct. Im starving; Ill eat the thing. You win. Driver was told to give me a lousy $12 back for starving me on what was supposed to be my birthday dinner. Yay me...

I cant rate the food because I never got it. Or rather, my husband didnt. We are both from Montgomery but now live in the Birmingham area. He has been stuck in Montgomery (where he still sometimes work) working on his work van for 4 days (it has rained a lot.) Its Saturday night and I decided to surprise him by ordering his favorite, cheeseburger with ketchup and pickle only, to be delivered to where he was. Only to find out that the drivers now have credit card apps on their phones, and the card has to be present at time of delivery!!! I cant order dinner for my husband?? I hope this doesnt l@st. I myself am a delivery driver and many a time I deliver food that was ordered by someone else, from somewhere else. I really hope this new fad doesnt head my way, I dont think they thought this through... So now I guess I will have to order him a cheeseburger PIZZA, since they dont want the business of us out- of-towners.

1 star rating is too good for them! We were in a hotel only 2.6 miles from Steak Out. After 3 hours our food was FINALLY delivered. 1 1/2 hour after placing our order we called to be told our food was in route. 2 hours after order they would be here in 15 minutes, 2 1/2 hours later they would be here any minute, We ask at that point that if they delivery guy had been in route that long what would be the temp of our food......manager said it would not be cold....???? Well at the 3 hour mark we were told 5 more minutes. When it arrived and we opened the box our food was scalding hot. YEP they are LIARS!!!!!!!!! No food that has been in route for 1 1/2 hours is still hot off the grill. Just be honest that our order was forgotten or misplaced but DO NOT LIE!!! Will NEVER spend another penny there. The food was excellent or either we were so hungry it tasted good. Either way they have lost our business!

I will never give this business my money again. I waited a total of 4 hours for my food, that wasnt even warm when I received it. A gentleman showed up after the first 2 hours of placing my order, only to open the bag WITHOUT my cheeseburger. Leaving nothing inside but lettuce, tomato, and a bag of chips.. he quickly apologized and informed me he would make it right. So, I wait another two hours. A different gentleman shows up with my cheeseburger. FINALLY... Only except my burgers buns were soggy and the burger itself was cold. EXTREMELY disappointed considering the total cost of the order was $60, everyone got their food but two people who waited a total of 4 hours also.. everyone else waited 2 hours. Needless to say it was not worth the wait. Im disgusted that this business didnt make it right, I was not refunded or given a courtesy drink/a fresh tomato or lettuce.

If i could rate this lower than a star I would. The service was horrible. I ordered my food around 6:30 pm and it is now 8:40pm and I still have not received my food. When I called I was put on hold for over 15 minutes when i called back again I got the same situation. Finally on the third call I was told that it would be sent out with the next delivery person. When I called back 45 minutes later i was told it was the "next one to be sent out" and that it would go out with the next available driver. If we hadnt already paid upfront I would have refunded it in a heartbeat. I am highly disappointed in their service and lack of punctuality. If you want your food on time DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If you want it 3 hours later then by all means go ahead. All i know is it better be hot if it ever gets here..............if.

Will not be eating here again...Placed online order(as I always do) tonight for delivery at 7:52 , two hours later I call and ask how much longer it will be, lady I spoke with told me I ordered it for pick up blaming it on me when I have a email receipt saying I placed it for delivery, charging me for delivery and all..instead of offering to fix it and send it out me she gets an attitude with me, and I ended up being called a stupid b*tch. She would not give me her name or owners information to speak with them, I should have been contacted and asked why my food hadnt been picked up after two hours as that is what call back numbers are for.. I suggest the owner find better employees. Another lady tried to call me back and offer to send my food out but I will never spend another dollar at steak out ever again.

I called there about 8-10 times trying to order. I was repeatedly put on hold. Bring on hold wasnt the problem, but staying on hold so long that I thought they forgot me was a problem. After i went to the car to wait on my food, i over heard the customers complaining beside me in the car about the same cashier messing up their order every time they came and messed it up todays too. Then on social media that said this particular steakout messes up their order a lot as well. When i walked in I over heard the manager telling th male cashier that they were going to turn the customers away because they were busy. This was the most ridiculous thing to say. The food is expensive. I give it three stars because its fresh. I will let you know if my order was wrong.

The location of this business has great potential. However, someone else needs to be in charge of the quality assurance / customer service and hiring. I have been a frequent customer of this location for years now, and the quality of service & food has not been consistent. Its a hit or miss. My lastest order being yesterday afternoon, after a SteakOut break due to unsatisfactory quality of service during my last visit... complete disappointment! I did call back to let them know that I was not pleased. You cannot rely on the quality of service or food when Christie ( manager) isnt working! #FACT STOP HIRING JUST ANYONE & PUTTING JUST ANYONE ON THE GRILL!! Owners , revive your business!
