3 hours is normal?!?!?! You have got to be freaking kidding me right? I understand an hour, maybe an hour and a half but you are telling me that when I call and ask about my order and you tell me that it has only, ONLY, been 136 mins since the order was placed and that you still have 42 mins on your little timer screen you are telling me that is acceptable? How it the world does this even happen? I could have driven to montgomery and back for pizza in the same amount of time. The manager should be held accountable for this! Either he/she is a poor leader and needs to be replaced or they have a bad staff and need to get new employees how give a crap how this company, this store and how this team looks. As of right now this will be the last order I ever place with Pizza Hut in Opelika, AL perhaps the last order I ever place with Pizza Hut. It isnt like they have anything special going for them anyway.

Called Pizza Hut tonight 11/18/2015 was put on hold. After 10 minutes went by I hung up, called right back and was hung up on. I called back a third time and before I could get a word in I was placed on hold again! This time I waited 15 minutes. By now I am pissed because Christine or Christina you could at least wait for a reply before you just rudely place anyone on hold! That is bad customer service! I called another Pizza Hut in auburn and my order was taking professionally and promptly. I understand that sometimes you get busy but placing someone on hold for over 3 to 5 minutes needs to be corrected. Pizza Hut needs to teach their employees proper customer service. I will never order from This Pizza Hut again

Im currently in East Alabama Medical Center after surgery and wanted a pizza.. We must have called 15 times in an hour and they never answered. I found that highly unprofessional and it seems like they just dont care enough about doing their jobs. I understand that places like that can get busy, but it seems a little ridiculous.. theres no way that this one can be that busy considering that they dont answer the phones to take orders. Even when we asked the nurses for the number, they warned that this place was unreliable. I wouldnt suggest spending your hard earned money here when it seems so obvious that they dont care. But when I called Papa Johns, they answer right away.. you should call them instead.

This Location is vey unreliable on the availability of what type of order you may place and takes a very long time to get it delivered. On different occasions they have forgotten part of my order. Have been out of dough, and even out of cheese!!!!! How can you be a PIZZA restaraunt and not have the two most important parts of a pizza??? And when you call the establishment they dont even say that they are sorry or thank you for your business. I like pizza hut but will never ever ever do business with this one again. Papa Johns and Dominos are well on top of their game compared to this hole.

I work at the Auburn Opelika Airport and wanted the Opelika store to deliver a pizza (4 miles and 9 mins away) and they said they dont deliver to the airport. It so close!!! The manager couldnt tell me why they wouldnt, but just that the address didnt come up on the computer. He gave me the option to have the GM call me when she got in, but I obviously didnt want pizza in 2 hours, I wanted it at lunch time. Obviously they didnt want my business or any of the other people that frequent in and out of the airport. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I called to place a order for delivery. First guy had my address wrong. so that could explain why I wasnt on the map. I was placed on hold for awhile then a 2nd rep came in but was told that this pizza hut doesnt deliver. lol pathetic, marcos, dominos, papa johns, tiger town to go delivers. but not pizza hut? what kinda sense does that make? mind you Im 1.7 miles from this place. they asked if I wanted to do carry out. I said nah no thanks. dominos will do it.

My family came here at a very hectic time, they were short-staffed and behind. We ordered a large meat lovers with extras on hand tossed crust but the problem was realized that they were out of large hand tossed. So instead of making a big deal of it the manager mike gladly told us he would take care of it. When the pizza came out not only one came out but two pizzas for the price of one! Its was fabulous and so was the shift manager mike!

This place is pathetic! We order all our food together and they bring it out all individually. We sat here for an hour and finally talked to the manager who later informed us our food had just been put in 25 min ago! The staff wanted to argue with us as well. During this time about 40 carry-outs had come in and gone! Some ordered when they arrived and left before we even got food. We will not be back. They dont even deserve one star.

!!!PLEASE READ!!!!! i really wish i would have listened to some of the reviews on here. It was literally the WORST FOOD experience in my life. How employees that get paid to do something so easy can screw up so bad. I get back to my hotel and my pizza is raw. RAW PIZZA!!! The parameters are set for you how do you under cook it. Long story short bad service order was incorrect and raw.

Ordered a big order online & it took over an hour & half to get our food & we are right down the street not even 3 mins away on top of that the food was cold & they brought us 12 oz sodas instead of a 2 liter the driver stated they were out of 2 liters we couldnt even get a discount for waiting over an hour & half for the food

Worst service ever. The place is in need of a major reno. I love Pizza Hut but i have to say this one here in Opelika is in need of new management. The service for dine in or delivery is horrible. You have to wait two hours for delivery and they arent even busy and the quality isnt even up to Pizza Hut standards.

The place has the worst service. This was the second time that we had this experiance. Called in the order and was told it will be ready in 20 minutes. Arrive in 20 minutes and was then told it will be ready in another 20 minutes. 10 minutes later the manager informs me they are out of hand tossed pizza.

This Pizza Hut is absolutely terrible. If you even get through to someone, expect a 2 hour+ wait for a cold pizza. ACTUAL QUOTE from an employee: "Well, its nothing some time in the microwave wont fix." Better off ordering from Papa Johns.
