Pizza Hut in Alexander city is amazing. With the best host every Tiffany she is friendly smart and just quick on the feet. If u want a day to remember u can be sad or mad with her as your host u come out smiling and full. The food amazing just need more items on the menu even though u can request. Great place.

Very poorly run. One waitress trying to do a lunch buffet for 20 people does not work. This is not her fault this is te owners fault. Also dont have all products in stock again Managment and or owners fault. Just goto the one in Eclectic or Auburn better service, better all around.

I do not know what yall are talking about. I have been to this pizza hut this is the 2nd time and there was only 1 waitress yes but she was very timely as well as very sweet. Tiffany is her name. The place was packed and she took care of everybody by herself. Thumbs up to to Tiffany.

Very poorly managed! Ordered delivery and they inform me I will have to pick it up because the delivery driver didnt show up. They also have issues with waitress staff. Ive dined in and seen one waitress struggle to manage a full restaurant due to other staff not showing up as well.

Over an hour post order and we are still waiting on delivery. We called the store. It should be here any minute. Sure... The guy finally delivered it, and the order is wrong. We will not be ordering from the Alexander City Pizza Hut anytime soon.

The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. The pizza was extremely good compared to other pizza places. Their salad bar has a good variety and buffet is fresh. I would recommend anyone to this restaurant during the morning or lunch.

I literally sat out in the parking lot and watched an employee do several drug deals then she continued back into the restaurant not washing her hands and handling customers food. Horrible family environment

Pizza Hut arbitrarily decided to not order my food. No notifications about it either. An hour later, the place is closed and wont take calls. Thanks a lot, Pizza Hut. I had croutons for dinner.
