Do not go by the old reviews here greater than 2 years. Those lazy teens were fired. Right to the pits of lazy hell. Where the devil makes them run for all eternity. I used to work here and now this place is amazing. There are very good workers here and orders dont get messed up much. When I worked here it happened about once a three days. (Hey, we are human.) And almost every time its messed up we either give you it for free, lower the price, or refund it and make you another one. (It depends on what we CAN do.) What I state is as a consumer and solely opinionated.) Whew, okay that was a mouthful. Sorry, dont wanna get in trouble here. Anyway, try this place out and be nice okay, there is only so much they can do and they ALL, manager included (who is a totally awesome badass.) want to make it up to you if the pizza is messed up or if they are really late. Its just Pizza Hut is very picky about where their money goes and how much the store makes. ASK THEM ABOUT THEIR DEALS! They do have deals!! And no, you dont need any information, just ask them and they will tell you the best deals they got and sometimes you will save up to 10 dollars! Sometimes even more depending on the pizza and deals! I highly recommend this place and if you like pizza. Go here.

The service and food in the restaurant itself was just fine. However, they evidently use an outsourced ordering service that directed my order to the wrong store across town. If you call in an order here, be sure to tell them Neil Street in cookeville, and not the pizza hut by lowes as most around here would say.

Dont order delivery here if you want your pizza right. Run by a bunch of lazy teens who intentionally mess up your order if you live to far away so you wont call in delivery again

Excellent choice if you are staying in a nearby hotel, fastest service in town! Delivery drivers are the best as well!
