I noticed I didnt have any one-star ratings in my selection, so I thought Id post up my thoughts on this stinker. This particular Pizza Hut store turned me off the franchise forever. They were never that good, but about six months ago, they handed me one of the worst pizzas Ive had in my life. Overcooked wouldnt even begin to describe it - the crust was like cardboard, the cheese was plastic, the pepperoni might as well not have existed, the bacon was hard as a rock, and the sausage... do NOT get me started. Not only was it tough and probably 70-30 fat-meat (dont get me wrong, greasy sausage is good, but WTF /was/ this stuff?!), but it tasted and looked like a bad country sausage. Italian sausage it was not... even though that was exactly what I ordered. I should have taken it back, but it was so bad I didnt even want to set foot in there again. Id never been a particularly frequent customer, but Id ordered from this store a few times in the past. Well, congrats, guys - you lost a customer for life! Dominos is my only "big three" stop of choice now.

This place is a joke! They are a bunch of incompetent individuals that cant get a order correct. Placed my order for delivery and 2 hours later still have not received it. Received a phone call from the delivery guy and he stated, " I am knocking on your door and you are not answering." After I told him he was not at the right place he argued with me stating he was. Im sorry but if tell you that you are not at the correct address and you are not at my door dont tell me I am wrong. Received the food, should not have expected much considering the events leading up to that moment. The food is cold and of course ordered extra sauce for the food... DID NOT GET ANY SUACE. Called to complain, girl on the phone stated that the manager is too busy to talk to me right now. How do you expect to run a business if you dont cater to your customers. This is by far the worst food service I have ever experienced and I will not be a returning customer.

Worst delivery service ever, hands down. The food itself, Ive never had a problem with. The only reason why I keep going back here is because its within walking distance to pick up myself. Never gotten delivered on time, and one time they forgot 2 of our 4 pizzas, and 3+ hours later (thats 3+ hours AFTER the original 45min delivery time) we had to go ourselves to pick them up since they were after closing hours and wouldnt deliver anymore. And when we went to pick it up, the door was literally cracked open just enough to toss the pizza out to us and slammed shut. No chance for complaints, refunds, or discounts for delivery being over 3 hours late and paying for it when we had to pick it up ourselves.

Ordered our food and was told it would be 45 minutes to deliver. My husband called after an hour and was told it would be delivered soon. Pizza was delivered, opened the box and it looked like it had been tossed around and was cold. Called pizza hut and asked to speak to a manager, she picked up and was told about the pizza, she was rude and told us we could bring it back. My husband took the pizza back, the manager did the refund transaction, never apologized just turned and walked away. This place does not deserve 1 star but had to for the post.

Absolutely fantastic customer service by Trisha! Thank you so much! I work at the Auburn Opelika Airport and wanted the Opelika store to deliver a pizza (4 miles and 9 mins away) and they said they dont deliver to the airport. The manager couldnt tell me why they wouldnt, but just that the address didnt come up on the computer. He gave me the option to have the GM call me when she got in, but I obviously didnt want pizza in 2 hours, I wanted it at lunch time. Excellent customer service from the Pizza Hut on South College, keep it up!

This is by far one of my favorite pizza delivery restraunts in Auburn. The food is consistently warm and delicious, though occasionally a pizza may be a tad browner then youd hope for. Ive heard complaints about deliveries and pick ups taking to long, but my orders have always arrived in a timely manner. Though not the best customer service in town, employees are never rude and even occasionally make welcome suggestions or offer deals you may not know about. My roommates and I all love, and you probably will too.

Decent experience overall but hassling the customer for having to call in changes that shouldve been made on the website order but couldnt be made because unfortunately the website is crappy in several areas and beyond my control...is a big fat NO-NO. Also, I place a 2 liter Dr. Pepper on my order but somehow ended up with a DR. WHAM...? You win some, you lose some I guess. Lol

We called an order in and it never got here. We waited an hour before calling and were told the order was never sent out and would take another 40 minutes to be delivered. In addition to that, the person who answered the phone was completely rude and unapologetic. I used to order from here 1-2 times a week but pizza hut has lost me as a life long customer.

It seems that people arent happy with the customer service. But I just had a great experience. Pizza came in 45 minutes was hot and cooked right. Not to mention both the delivery guy and phone operator were very nice. They seem to be turning things around. I think people should retry and see for themselves. Theyve improved a lot

As long as Ive been in auburn this place has been infamous for terrible service and it truly does live up to its reputation. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to hungry howies or even little ceasars. Hell, go to Walmart and pick a damn red Barron. Literally anything is better than this place.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Ordered wings, pizza and fries and it was all delicious. Wings and fries were so crispy. Restaurant was clean, service was excellent, and food arrived quickly. Waitress was very kind to my five children. We will be back!

They have the worst service, pizza was undercooked and took forever to get a single pizza, after reordering and waiting for the pizza again it was still horrible. Never ordering pizza from them. BAD BAD BAD

The pizza is always delicious. So are the cinnamon sticks. Perfect combo. Granted, my car smelled like pizza for the rest of the day, but I wasnt complaining!
