Stopped by on my way back home from vacation. Im not sure whether its just today or if it is always like this, but when I walked in, there was a long line; not to order the food, but to pick up the food after ordering. It took 12.5 minutes just to find out that they never even got the message on the TV that shows our order for the cooks. 5 minutes later (~18 minutes since ordering) we finally got our food, one of my friends found out they got his order wrong; he went to get a refund but decided to come back and eat what they gave him after standing ~15 minutes waiting in line. There was also a person who was 8 orders behind us who still didnt have their food even when we left 30 minutes after ordering and eating. It might be understandable if there was a few workers doing the night shift, but there was the regular amount of workers in the middle of the day. This place either needs better management that knows how to operate efficiently when under the stress of having more customers than normal or get better staff that knows how to get orders finished quickly and correctly.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HAZARDOUS FOOD! KendraAnna was the most unprofessional and incompetent person Ive ever come across. She was rude right from the beginning. She would NOT put her hand out of the window to get our cash, not only that the only thing she said to us was the total. She flat out refused to give us a receipt and when we got our food the buns were stale, the lettuce looked a few days old and there was a clear liquidy mess on the patty. Needless to say the food was inedible and if action isnt taken about this situation BK has lost my business as a whole. NO ONE should be subjected to this.

This is the worst BK in the Montgomery surrounding area. Everytime I go there, their always out of something or either something (blender) aint working. Then when they are up and running the wait time is horrible to get your food or either you get pulled up to wait an additional 10-15mins. This place so happen to be by a main automotive manufacturing plant and Im quite sure they want fast & quick service so they can get to work on time. Better yet, take your business to McDonalds across the street or Hardees down the road. Competition is everywhere, so BK straighten up!

Terrible experience, they neglected to give us an entire meal and then another sandwich was wrong. When I took it back in to get a replacement they gave me a whopper instead of the double whopper we ordered. Then when we finally tastes our drinks down the road they taste absolutely terrible. I cannot even tell what flavor they are supposed to be. They were not friendly at all. Dont eat here.

Piss all over the male bathroom...loud environment horrible sitting area that forces people to eat while others hover around them waiting for their meals...no paper towel in the bathroom, only 1 stall in the female bathroom worked, food was horribly prepared, and made other burger kings seem like 4star restaurants

The McDonalds across the street was packed, so we went to this Burger King instead. Food was out quick, our order was wrong. The two coke freestyle machines were out of coke, sprite, Mello yellow, root beer, lemonade... Nearly every common drink. Now I see why everyone was at McDonalds.

I was truly disappointed with my experience. The food tasted fine, but our order was not made our way, they had no ice and not 1 nice word was spoken by the cashier or supervisor. I will never return to this location.

Food is very good. Service is good also. You have young adults working some learning how to multi task. Lunch time is crunch time some do it well & some are still learning. Its fast food people. It is what it is..

NO diaper changing station !! These cannot be THAT expensive. You are located on the exit close to the interstate. So travelers stop frequently. This forces people to change diapers on top of your dining tables
