Ive been going to walker bros for last 10 years. Place and food are good. I usually gave tips 15 to 20%, somehow one day the service wasnt up to the mark, so I gave 10%. Manager chased back and asked for the reason for the 10%, I didnt want to tell the service was bad because the waitress may get penalized. I did not like the manager chasing back and telling me in front of other people/outside the restaurant suggest to give at least 15%. I was embarrassed since I was a regular customer for last 10 years, and suddenly picking on me for this tips issue. Whenever, people visit my place, I took them to Walker bros and told my friend this is the best place for breakfast. I will never ever take my friends nor my family would go to this place, because of this management.

The vents in the ceilings are filthy with a longtime accumulation of dirt & dust. The booth seats are so old & worn out that there is no support for anyone who has the misfortune of having to sit in one of them. We advised the manager on duty that one of the cooks was seen by us wiping the sweat from his brow while preparing food & not washing his hands afterwards, but continuing to cook. The response from the manager was that he would let him know! We will never return or visit one of their other restauarants.

I have been here twice. Both times I ordered different items of the menu. Dont understand what the hype is about. The portions although big cannot compensate for the poor and overpriced food quality. I ordered the crispy crunchy french toast ($10), and I got half a loaf of tasteless eggy bread with some syrup. I was hungry but could not finish the tasteless crap they serve. The waiters kept on slamming the dirty dishes in several designated room corners, which was stressful. Find an IHop or something else.

Way overpriced for typical breakfast. Service is mediocre at best. Drop the plate in front of you and "enjoy " type of experience. Presentation of food is horrible. Big plates with small portions and a big lack of flavor. Pancakes were probably made from walmart pancake mix. Typical line cook extravaganza served up with canned ingredients. This is supposed to be a top notch breakfast place, but its the top not eat here anymore, in my book.

Food is over priced and too sweet for my tastes. Ive been there twice now and feel that their breakfast is too heavy on the sugar. Granted the first time I had the huge Apple cinnamon pancake which is more of a dessert than breakfast. Banana French toast is good also but also kind of sweet. Coffee is weak, seems watered down imo. Overall I think its a little over priced for what u get. I recommend Wildberry Pancakes if you get a chance.

Well its not healthy at all, too much oil margarine and a lots of sugar, I ordered spinach crepe and inside was so much of artificial taste of butter, and something like cheese substance, also they famous "german apple pancake" was like tower of sugar and butter, wow is breakfast can be any healthier? Never again ((( to much money for cheap and bad quality of food.

I have just visited Walker Bros. for the LAST time. They have raised their prices again, and they were already overpriced before. Its not what I would describe as a "nice place". Nothing fancy about it, yet they charge approximately $15 for two eggs, four strips of bacon, hash browns and coffee. That includes tax, but not tip. Fifteen bucks!! Its breakfast, for heavens sake!

Food was amazing, our service was sub-par though. Never got a water refill and my coffee cup went empty on the edge of the table for the whole meal. The wait was only about 10 minutes during the busy breakfast hour, which was a bonus and unexpected. Will deffinately give it another shot and hope for a more adequate server next time.

Despite the woman in front of us in line complaining about the wait time it actually moved very quickly for how busy they always are. The food was great, the service was excellent and Im going to buy some Apple Pancakes and bring them home for Thanksgiving because they taste just as good as apple pie.

Good place for breakfast. Good selection of dishes to choose from. Staff is friendly. Busy place so be ready to wait in line. Literally, they have a theater style roped off area in the entryway where you stand and wait in line to get to the host station.

When youre looking for a good pancake house, and want anything nicer than an IHOP, you cant go wrong with Walker Bros. Delicious, filling, and a menu large enough for anyones particularities, well worth the wait. Arrive early though for instant seating.

Really good. We had Pumkin French toast, not real maple syrup. We had some bangin hash browns and the coffee was good. Four stars instead of five because it is a bit pricey. Its good but you can get about the same quality at a little Greek restaurant.

Top Notch for sure. They are part of a "chain" but do not act like one. Great food, great service and great prices. The remodel looks amazing too. I ate there while on town for work...but will definitely be back when Im in town next.

Classic breakfast place. Focus on breakfast with a few sandwiches so they can stay open through lunch. Visited on a week day so there was no wait but I understand the weekends can be busy. Speedy service. Nice people.

It is a little to pricey for an omelet that has absolutely no flavor....huge omelet with veggies but I couldnt even taste the eggs in it. I liked coffee only... I dont think I am going back there. I miss White Alps.

Bad service, food was served out of order. Ordered soup, the soup was COLD. What the heck? I would give it zero star if possible. Go to Egg Shells instead on 22 and Rand. Great service and fresh food.

Great breakfast food, if not a little expensive. Always crowded on the weekends. Service is always great. I havent tried anything on the menu that didnt taste great. The apple pancakes are giant.
