Ive been ordering from this place for the past several months and Ill try to sum up my experience as best I can. It always takes them hours to arrive (2-3, and the max Ive been told was 1 hour) More often than not, the order isnt accurate even after having the entire order repeated back to me. Its never I got something I didnt order, its always I didnt receive something I did. Ive actually had 4 occasions where they brought me the order and completely spaced the beverages. Just forgot them, still insisted on a tip (I was actually told to "fill that out first" when I asked where my 2LT was once), and then had to call back and get them to credit me the price of the beverage. To be fair, the food quality is about 4/10 with 5 being average. Sometimes you actually get a pretty decent meal and cooked "okay". Others, not. Think of ordering a salad and opening up the container to see more white and yellow than green. Theyve actually lowered their portions in the past few months but the prices (and the wait) stayed the same. I usually get some sort of attitude from the drivers when they realize I didnt tip. Ive had mean looks, sarcastic thank yous (as in "thank you for the generous tip" when I didnt tip anything). Theyll litter outside my door with receipts, bags, gum, spit, and even cigarette butts. Ive even had a driver grab the receipt, thrust the bag into my hand (which would have dropped if I didnt immediately catch it) and walk away leaving the beverage on the floor. In conclusion, if you want food at 3am and EVERYONE ELSE is closed, and of course, dont mind getting less than you expected or paid for hours later, than Id recommend this place. Personally, this is the last time I order here or accept a substandard product from any future purchase I make anywhere; the experience was that bad. Theres a reason why this business hasnt received anything above 2 stars (which is "Not Satisfied") in over a year! On top of that, a few of the people that do give it good reviews, ACTUALLY WORK there. You can walk with it up on your phone like I did, and start matching faces to stunning reviews. What a joke.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I know the prices are high for the quality and the food is mediocre at best while using the term mediocre loosely; however they do deliver at 4 am so I called Saturday night from Gencon and ordered a pizza. They told me a half hour to 45 min for delivery. Okay, so I decide to not play my game yet and 20 minutes later I go to the drop off at the intersection I told them I was at. I wait there for 45 minutes and my phone dies during this time so I take 3 minutes with my friends in the spot waiting for me and grab a cord for my external. I come back down and call since they are still not there, he said the driver had already been there, I told him we have been waiting in the delivery spot this whole time and nobody ever walked by with a pizza bag or pulled up w a sign on their car or anything. I asked him to just not charge me for the pizza I didnt have; he refused and said he would have the driver come back after he finished his deliveries. 30 minutes later I called (still no pizza) and let them know I was still waiting in the same spot with no delivery; and again asked him to please not charge me for the pizza I didnt have. After discussing this with him on the phone for over ten minutes the driver shows. When we ask to see the receipt while telling him we have been trying to cancel, the driver literally crumbled it in our faces. I ordered at 3:30 a.m. and it is nearly 5:30 a.m. at this point, I told him repeatedly during the last call that I was literally only there for them to get this resolved at this point and just wanted to go home. I could have played my game, taxid home, made my own food, eaten and been in bed by that point; instead I waited outside for over an hour and a half. Needless to say I never got the pizza and woke up with a $20 charge they wont reverse. Hopefully my banker will fix it because I got zero cooperation from the man who claimed to be the owner on the phone.

I have ordered there for delivery about five times over the past three months while staying at the Staybridge Suites downtown hotel. The food has not been that good any time and I ordered different things each time hoping I would find something I really like since it is convenient to be able to get food late at night/early morning. Last night I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza that came to almost $20 with tax, tip, and delivery charge. The pizza was HORRIBLE! I cannot describe the "flavor" but either the ingredients were old or the chef doesnt know what a true pizza is. When I called to complain, I was treated rudely by a man who I was told was the "store manager," by a woman who answered and said she was the manager until I said I wanted a refund. The "store manager" was condescending and VERY RUDE. He hung up on me after saying "have a good night!" and offering nothing for the bad food. I literally ate only one piece and started to feel sick. He told me that wasnt possible so I guess he is a doctor and just works this joint on the side? Dont order from this place unless you are ready to greasy subpar food at high prices.

Horrible experience- Today was my first (and last) time ordering from Indy All Night. I ordered lunch for a coworker and myself at noon and it took almost three hours to arrive. We both ended up missing our lunch breaks. From the get-go service was poor, considering the order was a bit on the pricey side. The woman on the phone didnt seem very competent or personable. The driver, however, was sweet as could be, and noticed that they forgot to include one of our meals, which he went back for. I ordered the Santa Fe Salad- it had maybe half of the things that the menu listed (no corn chips and no cheese) and the steak that came on it was just bland, cold and waxy hamburger meat. My coworker ordered the All American burger- it was decent enough aside from the fact that there were NO CONDIMENTS, so it was dry. Her fries were cold, soggy, and flavorless. This was pretty crummy for both the price and the wait time. Would I recommend Indy All Night to a friend? No. I probably wouldnt even recommend it to Hitler.

Ordered an all American burgrer with everything on it and wife got a buffalo chicken wrap. I kid you not, an hour and a half later they show up with a plain burnt crispy burger and a plain fish sandwich!!! I called and told them what had happened, and they said orders must have gotten mixed up and they would come and exchange, insinuating they wanted this food back to deliver to someone!? We are waiting on the redelivery now, and I took bites out of these sandwiches so they cant deliver old food that has been sitting in a hotel room for 3 hours to an unexpecting paying customer. Highly doubt we will even eat the redelivery. Take my advise, if it is late and you are in delivery range of this place, you are also within a mile or 2 of a 24 hour steak n shake. Go to steak and shake. This place is horrible at service, the food is gross, and based on our experience it may have sat in a strangers hotel room for hours before making it to you....
