We have had the WORST experiences with this Pizza Hut. 1) Ordered a pizza, 10 minutes AFTER it was set to deliver they called to tell us they were out of pizza. Didnt even apologize, just called to say they were cancelling. The person that called was also very rude. 2) Ordered boneless wings, when it delivered the receipt even said boneless but we received wings with bones and less than the qty we ordered. 3) Ordered pan pizza and received a very nasty tasting thin crust pizza (receipt even said pan). 4) Ordered a pizza on a Tuesday night and was told it would deliver at 9 pm. At 9:20 I called and was informed the driver had just left. So the driver left at least 15 minutes after the pizza was set to deliver. When I called they were not apologetic or for that matter friendly. Needless to say if you are getting delivery be prepared for something to be wrong.

My Wife and I just had a very good meal here. Salad bar with personal pan pizza and garlic knots. We were both pleasantly surprised at how good it all was. Our waitress Steph did a great job taking care of us. She was friendly and helpful. The salad bar is a great deal at $4.00. Update: 7/13/17 We have been here for over an hour for a personal pan pizza! They got busy and one waitress is doing all of it. The first one was burned on the outside and not done in the middle! A huge disappointment today and we are still waiting on a pizza! Unacceptable!

My lunch experience at this pizza hut location was less than good. It started out with being told that there was no Mt. Dew, Pepsi, or Sweet tea. I asked "Well, what do you have?", a phrase I heard every time someone else sat down. The selection of pizzas on the buffet left something to be desired. There were six pizzas to choose from one of which was a dessert pizza. All of the slices I had were soggy and had an off taste. I read the reviews about this location before going in. I should have listened.

Ordered a pizza online when I got my pizza the pizza was fine but my bread sticks were cold . when I called to let them know the "manager" said he had made the order when I hadnt even told him what my order was yet and that they were fresh when I got them they were hard and cold . the bag wasnt even warm when I touched it and normally when something is hot and fresh it makes the package a little warm . he argued with me about them when I was looking right at them and hung up on me .

Ive been here 5 times, and each time there was a problem with my order. The last time they had to remake my pizza twice, and the manager tried telling me that it was my fault that the order was wrong, because she had the incorrect remake sheet and not the original order sheet. I will NEVER step foot on this property again.

Our family went here to eat. My wife and I had the salad bar. By the time we got home my wife and I were very sick. The kids were fine. I was vomiting and my wife and I both had very bad diarrhea. The service was OK, but our waitress seemed like she was in a bad mood or something. I will never eat there again.

Monday night and it is an HOUR AND 40 MINUTES for my food. Why? What could possibly be happening in this small town on a Monday night that could warrant such an insulting delivery time?! Absolutely horrid, wont be ordering from here ever again. That whole staff should be ashamed.

Came in 5 minutes before close, manager made a fantastic pizza. Id went out my car to make a call, 10 minutes later, he brings the pizza out to my car and tells me that, "I know you ordered a cheese lover... So I put a little extra cheese on it for you." Wow. Fantastic

Always on time and the staff is great. Love how my pizza is never a disappointment or a low quality. The manager is great there as well always courteous to staff and guests!!! This is a regular for m family!!!
