i have been living here for many years and i had to quit eating here because they are the most unreliable people when it comes to ordering your food. its so bad that when i get off of work late and there still open i would rather skip supper and double up on breakfast than eat there food. the service is horrible the food is never hot and 100% of the time your order will be wrong

My son and his girlfriend ordered food before me and my daughter did, but we got ours first, as did the people who came in after us, they gave my sons food to people in drive thru, and they waited about 30 mins before they finally got their stuff, the people their didnt seem to concerned about it

The service is terrible. When we pulled up to the drivethru everyone that was working was standing out back smoking. So needless to say we set and waited forever. Its Taco Bell we dont expect first class Mexican food we expect tacos quick. Seems to be poorly managed.

I waited in line for 15 minutes on a three item order and when I received my food I got home and realized two of them were wrong, I went back and then waited and additional 30 minutes for my order to be remade that I was recharged for. The service was just uncaring.

Food was prepared and delivered quickly... However the order was for a breakfast crunchwrap with sausage and the item I received had bacon instead...Not a huge problem but was too far away to return for correct item

Took 48 mins to get my food and then tell me there out of sauce, and I watched them send food out to the front then came back took it from the peoples hands and sent it out the drive thru. very disappointed

Every night, same thing. Low on beef, no cheese, no beef. Two nursing homes, an assisted living, and a hospital. There are hungry employees, can you not get it together Taco Bell?!?

Drive thrust is slow slow slow. Youre lucky to get the correct order. Unfriendly drive thrust workers. Overall waiting time is 30+ minutes.

I gave them one more chance. Pitiful excuse for tacos. No tomato...just lettuce ,cheese and tsp of meat!!! Will not go back. Sad!
