Only giving a one star review because thats the lowest you can go. By far the absolute worst visit to a Pizza Hut location ever. Waitress was to busy talking with another employee to wait on us. When she did, no sweet tea available, what I ordered off the menu wasnt even served at that location. Asked about a salad. Im sorry...our salad bar is broken. Hello?? Do you people not know how to actually make a salad?? Wanted a lid to take our leftover pan of chicken Alfredo...yep you guessed it...not even a lid available. Will definitely never stop there again.

Customer service is absolutely horrid, the "General Manager" will flat out lie to your face. They will steal your money by accepting a payment then claim it didnt go through but yet you have a confirmation number AND a charge on your card....THEN claim she tried calling you, over all the absolute WORST pizza hut I have dealt with, Ill eat Hunt Brothers pizza instead of trying to deal with them again.

Ive read the negative reviews for this Pizza Hut and dont understand. We frequent this Pizza Hut and the pizza has always been good. Waitress staff friendly. Derek, the day manager is very nice and professional. My call in orders have always been ready when I arrive and fresh. Best deep dish pizza around.

This pizza hut used to be awesome when Derek worked. Got a pizza tonight and it was SO nasty. Had Canadian bacon that was raw and big chunks of fat. My appetite was ruined. Im never going back. Im still disgusted thinking about this place. I could have gotten food poisoning.

Terrible customer service over the phone.. Dont ask for extra or even sauce because they dont know what that is. Three times I ordered extra sauce and received, literally, no sauce on my pizza. I no longer eat at this nasty place.

Pizza is always good but they are very understaffed! One poor waitress working the whole restaurant today. She did an awesome job but im sure she doesnt get paid to work a 3 person job....get it together pizza hut headland AL

New management so far so good weve ordered a few times for pick up as well as ate in at the lunch special, the first time our waitress wasnt very attentive the second time she was but the food is always good.

From sugar to sh**. I had previously left a five star review about 5 months ago. Can I get the two topping pizza special? Sure. Can I get one topping from one pizza put on the other? No. WTF?

Food was ok. The service is very lackadaisical, get to you when they can type attitudes. The buffet was consistently running out of items even when there was very few customers.
