Service was decent but the food was horrible for the Pizza Hut prices. All the food on the buffet had been there for a while. Nothing was remotely fresh and the pizzas out where some off types nobody was eating. Even the breads ticks and cinnamon sticks were hard from sitting so long with no new ones being put out for the 45 min we had been there. Save your time and money because its not worth either.

Place was filthy. Our pizza was undercooked and had to go back for longer cooking. The remodel looks nice, but there was so much filth on the floor you could feel it through your shoes. Bathrooms were also disgusting. Place was well staffed and NOT busy. Staff continually walked over the garbage on the floor, 2 sec of sweeping, and nobody could bother to do it. Next time will drive to crossville.

Awful, awful, awful. Probably the dirtiest restaurant Ive ever been to. Other restaurants in the area were clean... just not this one. The servers were relatively attentive but unprofessional... even by pizza hut standards.

Server had to come to table multiple times to get order because she didnt write it down plates came out with puddles of water on them marinara sauce was watered down super thin. I wont be back to this location

Went for the lunch buffet and the food was old, hard, and dry.. Must have been sitting there for awhile. Spent about 55 minutes there with no new food brought out. First time Ive ever left a buffet hungry
