DOOOOO NOOOOTTTT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! THEY ARE AWFUL!!! IF YOU DO NOT WANT THEM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY!!!!! WE ORDERED FROM THIS LOCATION FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS AND THE FOOD IS OK. WE ALWAYS HAD OUR FOOD DELIVERED AND WE NEVER RECEIVE ALL OF OUR FOOD. RECENTLY WE SWITCHED OUR ACCOUNT AND NOTICED THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING THEIR OWN TIP. SO, AFTER SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER MICHAEL DAVENPORT WHICH WAS EXTREMELY RUDE.... HE DID NOTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION BUT OFFERED TO GIVE US BACK THE TIP NOT INCLUDING THE FEES THAT IT OCCURRED ON OUR ACCOUNT. HE STATES THAT HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT...HE WAS JUST BEING NICE ABOUT IT!!! THIS IS F R A U D!!!!!! I ASKED HIM COULD WE SEE THE RECEIPT IN WHICH WE ALWAYS TIP WITH CASH NOT BY CARD....HE REFUSE TO LET US SEE THE RECEIPT SO I ASKED HIM TO CONFIRM WHO SIGNED THE RECEIPT AND HE WOULD NOT!!!!!!! MICHEAL DAVENPORT WAS EXTREMELY NASTY!!!!!! I WILL BE SEEKING FURTHER INVESTIGATION...... BECAUSE THIS IS FRAUD

I wanted a stuffed crust pizza! I had my friend to place the order because I was driving home from getting off late; long story short when I got home he had ordered 2 pepperoni and sausage pizzas. This was a mistake on his part because neither one of them was stuffed crust; side note: I dont eat pizza like that so when I do I LOVE for it to be stuffed crust; Called back to see if there was any kind of remorse for this mistake especially after tasting the first one and it tasted under cooked; but we didnt touch the second pizza but was told that nothing could be done and "you get what you order..." my night is coming to a close at 11:59pm hungry because as a paying customer my mistake doesnt matter. Really disappointed in Pizza Hut as a Whole if this is the policy with no remorse!

Highly unprofessional I ordered a pizza online. the locator found this pizza hut i ordered over an hour called in to check they informed me the manager tonight on jan. 8th at 6:00 pm cancelled my order because, they dont deliver here. well....i wouldve liked to have known that the company sure sent me a confirmation at 5 oclock But, people dont care we were waiting for food that was never coming wasted my time. Then the girl on the phone said oh, your order was canceled. Hold on ( few min hold) she returned asking where i lived I told her she then says oh, the manager cancelled your order we dont deliver there. I was at my moms house I guess thats why I dont live in that type of area where people dont care about you.

Horrible customer service. The manager Michael was so rude to me. They took my order, charged my card, then called me and told me they would delivery to me. I was so frustrated because they took my card information and ran my card before telling me they wouldnt deliver. Plus, what kind of Pizza Hut doesnt deliver. Ive never ordered from that Pizza Hut before. Ive always paid for my food tipped and everything at other locations. ??? The manager Michael got an attitude with me and hang up on me!!! They could have offered me a free pizza or something. It was like he didnt care or understand why I was frustrated. Its ok through, I went to the Dominos up the street and they were friendly as usual.

Terrible customer service, ridiculous wait times for delivery no matter what time or day of the week you order. We had to cancel an order after we were told almost a 3 hour delivery time, they said we would be issued a refund in a few business day, almost a month later no refund and all we keep getting are excuses and still no refund for almost $40. This location is awful. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to a different Pizza Hut or order from a different company. No worth the headache you are going to get from dealing with such an incompetent location.

Last night on april 11th 2016 i ordered a pizza wings and bread sticks and my chicken and bread sticks were raw i called today to inform them they did say they would give me a credit BUT raw chicken has made me sick today at work, i dont know how this location is still open. Im going to seek further action i still have the food bc naturally you cant consume raw food and have no issues returning it my pizza was not the pizza i ordered either please if you have another choice pick a better location or a different place to eat.

I had absolutely horrible service twice in two months the delivery driver no showed and left my children starving. The 2nd time it happened I began to think pizza hut of mableton enjoys starving children ...but when I had to go up to pick my pizza up at night after a 12 hour work day and feeding my children dirt and grass because thats all we had .... A young manager by the name of April was super sweet, professional and genuinely cared that they fd up...so I give April 5 stars. The delivery driver gets a pie in the face

after waiting an hour 20 min for a delivery. call the store only to find out they didnt have a driver and they told me would be an additional 30 minutes. The rep offered to give me my order for free however, I canceled my order. They should have given a courtesy call to give me the status of my delivery when the online app indicated my pizza would be delivered. I will not order from here again!

I just picked up a pizza on the Floyd Rd location by Publix and our order was completely wrong! It was supposed to be a deep dish "Taylor" even read the order back. We get there and its a regular large and she still charged us for it. Will not be returning. Thats why minimum wage workers dont deserve more money!

I had a bad experience so they gave me a free Pizza credit and refund. I gave them a second chance a week later but the pizza dough was not done. The openings were falling off the pizza. I was told that Pizza Hut was sold. They even charge for the cheese sprinkles now. Im over Pizza Hut on Flood Road.

They have the best customer service Ive seen in a while. Food is always hot and I always get exactly what I ask for. The cashiers even greet me by name when I come in the store! Talk about an employee to customer relationship. All in all I give this store a thumbs up!

I waited one an a half hours for my order only for it to be cold the driver was rude. The managers professionalism was a joke. Just to be told it would be another hour for the food to be remade. Lesson learned

This Pizza Hut has its moments. I truly think it depends on who they have working. Most of our deliveries are cold. The food is usually good if I pick it up.

It was probably one of the worst pizzas Ive ever had. When I got it in the car I could tell it didnt smell right but I tried it anyway. All I can say is yuck.
