Amazing Sushi!! I promised my wife some sushi and decided to try out this place as Ive seen it driving home from work on the Parkway just north of Meridianville. Looks like a family business and I support that 100%! Staff was super friendly and made our sushi rolls on the spot. Just started out with the classic California Rolls and they were amazing and at a reasonable price. Ill definitely be back for more and will try more -- they have 15+ different sushi varieties on their menu. Lots of other dishes as well. From now on Ill be going here before some of the other Asian take-outs that we normally get. I think were sold. Thanks!

A friend and I was driving around Hazel Green looking for a new restaurant to eat at. He had been to Sakura and told me to give it a shot. WOW! I am VERY glad I agreed! The best hibachi filet, scallops and shrimp I have had in a while! In the past month I have been there 4 times with 3 of the orders to go. Its great! I call about 10 minutes before and I walk in and its waiting at the counter. The owners are very friendly and nice.

Meh. The sushi was alright, not bad but not fantastic. The service was great; quick and polite. It is never busy because Im sure most people dont know it is there (little strip mall by Poseys), so there is never a wait. I walked in spontaneously and had a to-go order in no time; didnt even need to call ahead. Overall, a decent restaurant and the only one of its kind in this area. I am glad to be able to get sushi when I crave it.

This is my favorite place to get sushi in town. The owners are sweet, amazing people who remember their regular customers and treat them like family. The food is to die for, honestly. The quality for the price is astounding. I recommend the Hazel Green roll or the hibachi steak and shrimp.
