I had wanting to try this place and now I wish I never did. If you like Fujiyama you will probably be very disappointed in this place. I realize that they cant all be the same but this place doesnt even come close to Fujiyama or House of Tokyo. Very greasy and everything has the same weird taste. The waitress asked "Was everything delicious?" I told her that I wasnt a big fan of it. She then asked " Where do you usually go?" I told her that we usually go to Fujiyama or House of Tokyo. I told her that I didnt expect it to be completely the same but I didnt care for it all. Her response was "Oh". We barely ate any of it. She didnt offer to have a manager visit the table. I guess it wouldnt have mattered anyway. I should also mention that the salad was very small and the lettuce was bad. You have a choice of Ginger dressing or Ranch. Lots and lots of butter during the cooking part. No bean sprouts are included and the vegetables have a very weird taste. Its definitely not a place that I would recommend.

Very clean, had to wait about ten minutes to be seated at habachi, which is pretty short. Starter soup and salad were fantastic. Sushi was prepared very nicely( paradise roll and spider roll), everyone loved them. Steak, chicken and shrimp were all so delicious. Our daughter loved the chicken as well which is something she normally wont eat. Vegetables were cooked perfect, as was the rice. The portions were generous, no one was able to eat everything. Price was right in line with other restaurants in the area, however we felt the value was better at Kumo than other Japanese restaurants. Service was fantastic as well, the chef was entertaining. We WILL go back....soon! Thank you for a great meal!

Well, this may seem like a strange review...but I didnt even get through the door. I arrived at about 11:05 am on a Tuesday, and they werent open. To be fair, the weather had been nasty that morning. So, I called the phone number provided, and no one answered. I could see people inside, so I waited for about five minutes. No one came to open the door, so I went elsewhere. While I was waiting for my food at the other place, I got a phone call from the manager. She apologized profusely for missing my call and invited me back another time. So, needless to say, Im still looking forward to my first visit. Thanks for calling me back!

Pleasantly pleased with our experience here. We were treated to a very delightful presentation during the cooking experience. The chef enjoyed doing tricks with the sake. The cost of their food is a little higher than others ive been too but I gladly accepted the bill after eating the entire meal, very good quality and selection of meats, veggies, and other ingredients. The atmosphere is clean and appealing. Overall recommend, mostly for date night but also family friendly.

I never post, but was very disappointed. Lettuce was wilted and the steak was over 50% fat not edible. I think all the meal was butter. The cook only did one trick. When the waitress asked how everything was we told her and she walked away from us. I should of known to not eat there when we walked in on a Saturday Eve and only 1 other table was full. Never again! Waste of Money!

Excellent hibachi experience with the full show. The prices were a little higher than others but the quality of the food seemed much higher, so I didnt mind. The seafood in particular all seemed bigger and better. The location is convenient at the mall. The service was friendly and fast. The dining room is nicely appointed and clean. Very pretty. I will go back.

This place is amazing. Hands down the best hiabchi around. The staff is very friendly. Great atmosphere. Very nice/clean place. Food is amazing. Perfect portions. Their yum yum sauce is the best Ive had. We go almost every weekend, and have never had a bad experience. Food is always perfect. This place is a must if you like hiabchi.

Amazing food , beautiful scenery, outstanding people they make the world of Japanese food culture come to life in my home town they dont just make the food they bring it to life and make you feel good and at home a place where anyone who loves sushi or habachi should come and have a romantic dinner or family events.

Food was okay, not special. Starter salad was watered down and dressing tasted old. Hibachi was good. I dont believe it was appropriate for a chef to have a doll peeing on our food, especially with children present. The wait staff was always over our shoulder hovering which made us feel rushed. Food was overpriced.

Great meal and resonably priced. Habichi grill has a special that children eat for half price on Sundays. We went for a family birthday meal. The staff took our picture and then sent them to use via fb messenger. Very nice gesture so that we could all be in the picture. We will definately be back.

Lunch is the time to go for this place. Sometimes the food is amazing, other times its good enough for lunch. But the lunch prices are pretty decent and close to the dinner portion. I go for sushi since its a good deal with the lunch special. My boyfriend always gets the habachi.

If you get the sushi deluxe and you prefer a hard texture roll ask for a different type of roll. The tuna roll was very mushy and not to my liking. But the rest was awesome. Just sat at the bar, dinner, Sapporo beer and hit Saki.

The decor was nice. Place was very clear. The music selection was good. The service was good The chef was very funny. Hibachi Grill was mediocre. The prices were excessive. Unless something changes we will not return.

Good hibachi with a funny chef. He made a balloon sword for my son before he left. A bit pricey but worth it for the experience.
