Love the Huddle House....one of my favorite places to eat!! My server was very friendly, and kept a good check on our drinks and that we were happy with everything, even though she was slammed and very busy!! The only bad part of my experience was no fault of the Huddle House or the staff....there was another customer at the table behind us who was so loud and rude to his waitress over a stupid steak knife....I know they had not brought him one at first with his steak, but he never asked or reminded the waitress, who was super busy, that she didnt bring him one.....he sat there and moaned and groaned to someone about it on the phone then raised a big stink with his waitress when she offered to correct the problem....I felt bad for her, I could tell he intimidated/upset her over it....he then proceeded to get louder and made sure everyone heard him....I just couldnt believe someone would get so upset over a knife....but anyway, I thought our whole experience was awesome....just wish some of the other customers wouldnt throw temper tantrums just to get out of paying for their meal....

trying not to let one bad experience change my opinion of them. Have always enjoyed the food and service until yesterday. The food was a joke and over priced and some of the employees were what I would consider unprofessional. I hope this was just a one time fluke experience. It would seem as if huddle house has hacked my phone in some way after having one unpleasant visit. Now every time I open my phone to use it I have a huddle house request to rate and review. As anyone can see I have done this and I thought I was very fair about it. I am reconsidering that review for the aggrevation of seeing this notification and wondering why I only started getting it after that one visit. What else are they doing to our phones and our food

Would have given it five stars but some Nathan guy sitting behind us was whining like a girl because he was to afraid to ask the waitress for a steak knife and his food got cold. Why come to a waffle place order a steak and then get upset that you didnt get your utensil in time to eat the 7 dollar steak. Oh he just wanted someone to notice him poor boy needed to feel special. Next time be a man and grow some b***s. *******. Orher than that great food great service. Stay at home Nathan.

My son and I are at Fort Payne location on 7-9-2017. We got there at 1:00pm., Got our food at 2:45. My son ordered Patty melt, burnt bread , burnt meat and no onions. I was ready to walk out when our food finally arrived. I asked to see supervisor and she did comp his order. Dont know what was up with the cooks but some friends said they had been waiting almost 2 hours. The restaurant was not that busy. Waitress was great but cant say that about cook

Experience was okay. Our waitress did not give us drinks till we were checking out. (We got our food to go) We waited 30-45 minutes to get food. I had a bacon cheeseburger with tater tots. My brother had chili cheese fries but they gave me the chili cheese fries and him the tater tots. The food was delicious but was not worth the weight. Overall it was okay but food was great!

Huddle House youve failed me again . Thought Id give it another try but guess I shouldve went on down the road . Ordered a ribeye an man it does look good but now I have to wait for them to clean a steak knife . Looks like my steak will be plum cold by the time I do get a knive. Oh they forgot I needed a knive. Done with this place

The cook stayed on her private call phone while she was cooking , awful she didnt even keep her hands washed, there was 2 servers and only 1 on the floor, the other one sat in the back and had to be called out just to help on the floor. Wont be going back,,I hate nasty.

Was disappointed in the service and cleanliness. They did not keep the tables cleaned off in a timely manner. The food was not hot and the milk was cool not Cold. Not sure if we will go back unless they really improve. Always enjoyed eating there but not anymore.

My husband and i waited for 45 minuted on someone to come place our order. The waitresses looked at us and walked by us but never spoke. All but one table didnt have someone elses food and drinks on it. Thats not good service. We wont be back. Very unsatisfied.

Terrible service every time we went. The worst time was when we decided to leave after waiting for our drink order for around a half hour. The food is good, but if Im paying for my food I would like someone who is at least TRYING to do their job well.

Decent diner food, and good service. The restaurant is nearly brand new, and the owner was on the premises and seemed genuinely concerned when he asked about our experience. Definitely worth a quick bite on a long haul.
