Worst Experience Ever! The store manager yelled at my husband because he asked for the Honey Gold sauce on his chicken. He yelled at him and told him to go to the Fort Wayne store, because he told him they do it for him there. Yelled across the store that it was because they were a franchise not corporate owned. Not true. Fort Wayne store we go to is a franchise.... and knows how to be nice to customers. Fort Wayne store also like knows how to clean their floors. I saw debris and mud on the floor beyond the average lunch rush. All over the floor. This store also has funky colored watered down looking meat. What tiny amount of meat they put in my Taco, doesnt have the dark crumbles and normal Taco Bell has, and it had runny red stuff coming out of it. Ha.. good thing there wasnt much of it. The first taco out of the three I thought was a vegetarian taco until I moved around the lettuce a little and discovered tiny amount on the bottom. Also... they were even stingy on the lettuce to make up for lack of meat, cleanliness, or customer service! Definitely not the place to go!

Manager should be tarred, and feathered, then set on fire. Busy as hail. Two on drive through. One poor girl running front. 4 others being barked orders at by what appeared to be a manager. Out of all lids, no straws, and no napkins. While sow of a manager walks around barkin orders preventing the other 4 people from doing their jobs. After ten minutes the poor girl apologizes for the wait then says shell make my order. What the flock? The order was right, but gravy on the taters was dryer than a popcorn fart, and God love her she did chuck an extra leg in my box for my trouble. Although I didnt get the honey sauce , or silverware in which to eat my dinner. But then when your doing the work of 2-3 people because your manager is a TNUCA, whats to be expected. Still might call the health department do to patetic nasty kitchen conditions. Saw the black guy kick a piece of chicken under a table. The owner should be fined, and kicked in the arse. Do yourself a favor and avoid, especially if in a hurry. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

There was cigarette smell on my food. I smoke. But I dont wont my food tasting like cigarette smoke. The employees smoke outside but must not be washing their hands after returning to the kitchen. On top of that it was cold. The meat inside was colder than the lettuce. Worst of all this place had 4 people demand money back including me. Because of quality of food and slow service. I ordered 1 seven layer boritto. Took 18 min exactly to get my darn food .waste of time. Just horrible. Employees who dont do their jobs. This is fast food. Made yesterday put in the fridge and served on ice. Yuck dont even stop hear.

AWFUL! We waited almost 20 minutes and still didnt get our food. We decided to leave because it wasnt worth the wait. The store was backed up, and there were 4 other people in front of us who had been waiting even longer. A man went up who ordered way after us and asked if his order could be rushed. He got his food right away, but ours couldnt get made? Poor management, poor service.

Dude this place sucks so bad one of the employees said this place even sucks hes the only one that does anything and its true there was 3 people working and he was the only one doing anything. They were out of everything I had to wait for ever and it just plan out sucks I would skip over this one even if you were hungry and go to the next one!

27 minutes to get a couple burritos. Not just my order- everyone in front of me too. I really cant even wrap my head around how slow the employees were moving. Then when handing out the food, they say "sorry about the wait" to every single customer. Wish Id read the reviews here first, but I had plenty of time during the wait.

Arrived at 11:40 on a Sunday to find the doors closed. An employee was seated near the door stuffing her face with food and when I tried the door she simply shook her head at me. Couldnt even be bothered to get up and explain why they werent open. Unprofessional and embarrassing.

Maybe managment should read these reviews and do something about their restaurant. Was going to stop because they have truck parking next door until I read these reviews. Im sure I wont be the 1st customer lost because the reviews. Too bad I was really in the mood for taco bell.

This was rediculous, 30 minute wait, all the taco bell food was made wrong, the wrong items were given to us from the KFC side and you could see up to 4 employees not helping get food out im the back... Dont go here ever just because of my experience if for no other reason...

Should have read these before stopping. The place is so dirty and decrepit that I felt uncomfortable eating the food. They were out of items too, theyll just give you your order with things missing and wont say anything about it. This place should be shut down.

Worst TBell experience as long as I can remember. Waited 25 mins for a few tacos AND a drink. Food was thrown together poorly, meat was soaked and leaked everywhere. Also ran out of taco sauce. I really wish I had just asked for a refund like I was thinking.

Ive lived in the area all my life and have never had a good experience with this place it is actuality referred to as a joke around the county first you wait an average of 10-15 minutes only to find out they forgot a multitude of items from your order

Super super slow. Everyone waited for ever. Some one ordered six tacos and waited 15 minutes. Forgot to give all of our food to us and others too. Never going there again and they lost business cause I was going to go buy more food but was too slow.

The place is dirty and the service is slow. It took me 17 minutes to get my order and that only after I had to ask about it and they had totally forgotten it. Plus I asked for compensation for my time and all they offered was sorry.

Filthy, waste baskets over flowing, tables not washed, floors filthy, workers just standing around. We had to wait 15 minutes to get 2 meals. I would have haven given a zero but there is no such rating .

We happened to walk in when the store was completely full of 2 buses worth of kids. It was hectic, but not the workers faults. Although super busy, they still got our order out to us in a timely manner.
