The absolute worst Burger King in the United States , or at least worse than anywhere Ive eaten . Every time Ive gone there the service was extremely slow . I attributed it to being short on help , but this has gone on for months and months .... I wouldnt even go there at except my elderly parent who cannot drive likes the food . Im going to contact the home office and CEO if possible and explain just what a dump the Fort Payne Burger King has become . Today I went to get a chicken sandwich and it was so salty it had to be thrown away . I am going to tell everyone I know not to go to Burger King , the place is filthy and the service slowwwwwwwww . that one star was generous ... you should be closed , cleaned and NEW STAFF HIRED

Place used to be good but now its horrible. Unless you want to pay way too much for food poisoning Id eat elsewere. The food was greasy, old, and over priced. Made my wife and I both sick and Most of the "food" went straight in the trash. Id recommend Mcdonalds or Dairy Queen instead if your looking for a quick burger in Fort Payne.

The place is a dump and unlike most of Fort Payne area places. Dirty...rugs, counters, floors, tables. I came for grand kids...will NOT be back. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned...again for our order after 16 minutes...then for condiments...at no time did anyone offer help and it really looked like they couldnt be bothered.

I dont know why we keep coming back. The food is good, but the workers being rude and abundance of teenagers just hanging around the counter is unappealing. The group just hung around talking to the workers talking loudly and using foul language all the while being in the way. Ill stay to the drive thru.

Have lived here for 6 yrs and theyve probably only gotten my order totally correct, a hand ful of times! Im tired of having to call EVERYTIME we get home! ALWAYS check your bags before you drive away! I guarantee somethings wrong!

Awesome food..consistently hot and well- prepared. Clean environment, and the employees preparing the food wear gloves. We eat here at least twice a week and have lived here for years. One of the best places to eat in town.

Unfriendly service. Staff was rude an seemed to be inconvenienced by special needs adults customers. When orders were ready the staff just threw them onto the counter.
