I ate there yesterday with 5 other guests from out of town and the last time. the guy serving us obviously had allergies or the flu because when he came to the table he sucked in his mucus.It was so loud and rude i was disgusted immediately as well as my guests. when he went back to the back area we heard him caughing and doing the same disgusting thing, then he brought our drinks which i couldnt drink because not once did i see him wash his hands. i asked for medium eggs and they came out runny. By far the worst IHOP and dining experience ive ever had. I wouldnt go there again if the food was free!!!

Server was nice. Thats about it. It was hot and management refused to turn air on in our section. Didnt offer to move us. The odor of urine was unbearable and the hotter it got the worse it was. We asked for our food to go before it ever even hit the table. The managers were obviously avoiding us. Ipaid full price before requesting to speak to one because Im not looking for a free meal. He wouldnt even look at me. I get to the car to find out that I paid for an adult meal and got a kids meal instead. Not worth my time or money!

Terrible..this place was dirty, poorly manages and overall not a good experience. My wife had lipstick on her coffee mug, and as we left one lady was telling the manager he had a roach problem b/c a group of them crawled across her plate in the middle of her breakfast....he wanted to hear nothing of the sort and told her to call the complaint line and get out! ill never go back.

The waitress, Christy, was very rude, and towards the end of the meal she disappeared. Later we found out that she was outside on the phone. The hashbrowns were over cooked, the grits were bland, even with cheese, and there was no substitutions. I dont like eggs and wanted toast instead and wasnt allowed too. Ill go to waffle house for breakfast from now on.

The food was good and came out very quickly! My husband and I were surprised at how fast our food arrived - around 10 minutes after ordering. Everything was made to order and delicious. Service was speedy and our waitress was very friendly. We both took home doggie boxes!

Not good, we were a party of 5 (Black),waited for about 10 mind or so.A party of 5 (white) come in and they seat them ahead of us, for what reason,I guess COLOR STILL MATTERS at this IHOP in Dothan,Ala. That was the MANAGER THAT DID THIS,POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

I love the pancakes here just a little too much. The staff here is always friendly. Very clean, too! Our waitress never left us needing anything, refills whenever we needed them. Great, timely service.

The service was good but it took a while the bill was really high over $40.00 the bathroom was slippery.It took a while to get mt food and the bacon on the sides was dry and hard to bite.

This is my daughter and I favorite place to go together. I dont understa dhow but IHOP has the best eggs ever! I always get the split decision and she gets the funny face pancake. :)
