Waited almost 25 minutes for one item. Employees were goofing off and manager was unprofessional. I asked to order another burrito and the employee said, "There is just one on the screen and thats all that I am making." So I just grabbed my food and left. As a manager in fast food for almost 5 years, the management team and owners should be completely disappointed in their customer service. ALSO they need to do something about kids and teenagers hanging out in front of the building. There was literally 20+ people just "chilling" in front on the building, so this is not a safe family environmental restraunt. For sure letting HR and Taylorsville police about this because I hear complaints almost everyday about this.

I walked in to get some yummy tacos. I found myself standing at the register for 5-7 minutes not being asked for my order or greeted and there were 3 or 4 people behind the counter just looking at me. I eat here often and willing to sit through the usually long drive thru to get my food because I love this place. I called the manager to share my experience. This is unacceptable even from taco Bell to just stand there with no body in front of me and just looked at.

The staff are polite when I come in, it is a little slower though. I usually come in the evenings. Theyre never rude, always saying "Yes maam" or "Yes sir" and they seem to try to make the food like they would eat it and try to get it right. Mistakes happen but Im always pleased with the quantities.

Lots of menu options, food was delicious and cheap. Nice staff too. Only downfall is no drive-thru, but going in gives you more time to see the food selection.
