I arrived a half an hour before closing, not 5-10 minutes... 30 minutes. I was told they were out of beef. What? The main ingredient at Taco Bell? What a joke. I asked what the other options were and it was steak and chicken, but "there will be an upcharge". The employees dont care and that starts at the top. A month ago, I was in store and the employee greeted me rudely and gave off a terrible attitude. The breakfast menu had been flipped to lunch at 10:20, 40 minutes early. The employee wasnt helpful at all while I tried to order breakfast from memory. Id like to have my local taco bell function properly. Is that too much to ask?

This location has consistently put out inferior products for the last couple of years, I am done giving them second, third, and even tenth and over chances. They are incredibly slow, and when you finally receive your food it tastes like you were given leftovers from the week before. The staff is rude and the food is terrible. You are better off going to the anchorage location, where the staff actually cares about their jobs and produces quality products that arent just edible (half the time middletown are not), but also taste good! Like it should!

30 minute wait for a $10 to go order... only 2 people filling orders while another person stayed in the office, he didnt even attempt to help until another customer just about lost it. Update... 31 minutes in... "we forgot to cook your potatoes!" At this point, we could have went to Qdoba across the street for quicker service and better food.

The food tasted good and the service was fast, but they got the toppings wrong on my husbands food. My burrito was also much smaller than the last time I was here. I hate to give this location a bad review. They are normally great! I still recommend this location.

I am beyond upset of the meal I paid for tonight...My hard shell had no crunch, I couldnt even bite through my potatoes, and wait until I upload this photo of my chicken burrito... Best part of my meal was the damn 2.00 large Pepsi...
